expanded to different part of the world. Restaurant is a place in which they serve and food and
beverages to their customers in exchange of money. This research proposal will help the
researcher in identifying creative manner through which revenue and market share could be
expanded. This assignment focuses on operations which are carried out by Cafe Route and are
known to deliver quality servings at affordable prices. This organisation is making efforts to
incorporate additional services such as accommodation, event management and organising
events so that scope of this enterprise could be uplifted (Ajami, Grabner and Pearson, 2016).
Other than this, chefs of the restaurant are known to deliver their best dishes to customers and
getting feedbacks and reviews about food so that it could be improved. Apart from this, company
is trying to provide information about their restaurant by using various mediums like internet,
social media sites, television commercials etc., digital guiding is also used by the firm in order to
grow the business in a proper manner.
According to the study Barquero and Bosch, (2015),it is evaluated that, to increase the
business operations they are using latest tools and techniques so that company can train their
employees in an effective manner so that they are able to cope with the change. The enterprise is

dealt with ideal approach when employees with the organisation are provided with sort of
training and experience. Some of the famous cuisines of the world has been included in the menu
provided by them to customers like: Italian, Greece, Thai and many more. The innovation in this
F&B segment is vital as it helps in enhancing brand name along with expanding to areas which
are untouched. Some of the innovative and new dishes has been included in their menu so as to
attract more and more people towards their restaurant and ultimately seek out expansion.

expanding of restaurant to different parts of the world. This research helps in assessing
importance which has been played by innovation in seeking out expansion. In recent times the
food and beverages sectors have expanded in a galactic number and these includes small,
medium and large enterprises and with this competition is also increasing. To establish
themselves in a better way company is going through all the strategies which are adopted by their
rival companies (Bento, Roth and Wang, 2015). This will enable them to know the plan of how
to sustain and increase their business for long period of time. This research have been conducted
with aim to role played by innovation in enlargement of operations in other countries. The
ambience which has been catered by this enterprise stands very creative from interior and
exterior aspects along with dishes served to consumers. There are numerous sorts of offering by
this enterprise helps in fulfilling distinct needs of consumers. Before looking for ways it is
essential for an organisation to consider strategies which adopted by rival firms so that most
suitable and risk free approach could be adopted.
Importance of Research
Conducting a research is very important as they provides with the information from
which company can evaluate the current market situation. Apart from this, it will provide new
opportunities to an individual so that can enhance their existing skills and knowledge. The
revenues earned by them will give some amount of contribution in the economy of nation and by
this new jobs will generate. For instance: This research have been formed looking for importance
which has been catered by innovation while aiming to expand business operations of a restaurant
in rest of the world. To conduct this research some of the questionnaires has been mentioned so
that company can know the behaviour of the people towards their firm (Davis and Tschoepe,
2016). Thus, restaurants can use this proposal to improve their customer and company relations
and gradually this will enhance the sales and productivity of the organisations.

Aims of this study defines aspects which a scholar wishes to achieve with this research.
The aims of undertaking this study is, “To develop innovations for expanding business with new
products and services – A Case Study on Cafe Route.”

which cafe easily serve quality services to its target customers as per their requirements. This
will aid in improving overall performance level of the company at market place.
