strong exciting coffee for adventurous coffee drinks. It is Independent business in South West
London where it crafts the quality coffee for its customers they can enjoy a hassle free and
daily grind of coffee (Gürel and Tat, 2017). Company follow proper structure pears the flow
of authority from top to bottom. Cafe pod craft coffee is established in 2011 and now owned
more than 20 shops in whole UK. Company provide various kind of innovative office styles
which is consist of supercharge espresso, Ristretto, bunch blend, intense rose and many other.
The major aim of the organisation is to provide effective coffee so that an individual can
satisfy its needs related coffee. According to the preference of the organisation no attitude
growing region produce more Roberts means of which are perfect for the darker and stronger
coffee. Organisation import export office from India, Central America, South America and
Indonesia. All the coffee blanks of the organisation have been developed by graders who are
the true expert within the coffee industry (Madsen, 2016). The major innovation of this
organisation is that it is preparing coffee from last 10 years and has different flavour which
provides an innovative experience to the individual related to coffee. Last year company
gross profit is around 45000 euros. In this current report discussion about the swot analysis of
cafe part where the corporate social responsibility fulfilled by the organisation will also be
discussed. There is also a discussion about the innovation and creativity used by the business
and some recommendations related to future program.

Cafe pod fulfil its responsibility related to society by Finance education for different
individuals who belong from the poor class of the UK and are not able to afford
education. Company use 2% of its overall profit for fulfilling needs of education

regular food to fulfil their basic requirement. For this, CAFEPOD use 5% of his total

different area of the world live from India, Indonesia and many more which will provide a
different taste to the customer (Grayson and Hodges, 2017). For serving its customer
company use an innovative way where it serves the coffee powder in different box. This
innovative idea helps company in maintaining the freshness within the coffee as well as
serving the quality. Most innovative product of company is their machines where they use
such kind of machines which help customer in in preparing coffee by their own hands. This
will help customer in in preparing a coffee according to their taste and preference by which
they can get maximum satisfaction. Company has one more innovative idea which is
introduced in recent times and is related to organic coffee. This coffee will help customers

who are conscious about their physical health and will improve their body shape because it
consists of various ingredients which are based on health and body shape and will help
customer in maintaining the fat ratio within their body as well as control cholesterol and high
blood pressure.

It is seen to the organisation cafe pod that it is operating within the coffee industry
where it's applying a quality coffee to its customer by fulfilling their needs and requirements
regarding the coffee. Company also fulfilling the corporate social responsibilities as well as
envisioned requirement within the business to increase its market share and achieving the
goals and objectives in target manner. But there are some applications which can be made by
the organisation for achieving the goals and objectives in more effective manner. These
recommendations are mentioned below:
First it is recommended to cafe pod that it has restart global operations which will
help company in increasing its market share as well as attracting large number of
customers at bigger platform.
It is also recommended to the organisation that it can used to build proper
infrastructure where it can increase the number of cafes to increase the market cover
as well as providing its services to various kind of customer at different levels.
It is also recommended to the organisation that there are various opportunities within
the business which can be used by the firm and for reaching this opportunity
organisation have to use various kind of functions where it can increase its corporate
social responsibility as well as invest more on research and development related to
product designing for Fatima and retaining them for long period of time.
Om the end it is also recommended to the organisation that it can use the strategy of
diversification where it can launch different kind of product under the same category
of coffee so that more and more customers can get satisfaction as well as it can use
various kind of promotional techniques by which it can promote its product at global
