Answer:
 Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC.
 RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit.
 Hard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS.
 Is there an educational license for Windows 10 and Office 2016?
Answer: Students and teachers are eligible for Office 365 Education, which includes Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, One-note, and now Microsoft Teams, plus additional classroom tools.
 Can you provide a link with information on educational licenses?
Answer: Office 365 Education
 What is the predicted outcome with installing this software?
Answer: This will help the students to have proper knowledge about the computer skills.
 Can the exiting computers besides the Admin staff computers be used?
Answer: No, it can not be used
 When will the trial take place as I would like a teacher to do the trial?
Answer: The trail will be take place after the set up of all the computer and the computer
teacher will test it.
 What other costs would there be?
Answer: set up cost, installation cost, maintenance cost, updatation cost.

To upgrade Operating System and the Office package
in all the computers of the school

required in the computer

required in the computer in order to serve
proper education to the students
 To analyze the fund and resource
requirement for purchasing the computers
SCOPE
INCLUSIONS
The project is going to include the aim and
objectives of the proposal. With that it will also
consist the different benefits for the students, staff,
teachers and parents when the school is going to
purchase new and advanced computers. With that it
is also going to consist the strategic plan of the
school regarding the achievement of aim and
objectives. It will also communicate the impact of
ITC Network infrastructure. Other than that it is also
going to consist the Timing and Duration of project.
As well as the major assumptions are also included
in the project. The key important thing that is
included in the project is Budget, Major
Procurement components, Constraints, Project
Organizational Structure, Communications strategy
and key Tasks and key milestones.
