leading its activities in making bakery products and is situated in Australia and it provides better

in year of October, 1985. It was started by Jillian Norman and Roise Khol. Thus, this entity
baked products as are breads, cakes pastries and pies in the high quality and serves in affordable

of attraction of customers. Under this, sweet creations and unique use of flavours add odd
shapes of cakes and pastries that helps to differentiate themselves from the other similar products
in market. This firm was competing with Brumby's Baker delight till 1993.
At that time, one of their loyal customers became celebrity on TV shows. As favour he
ate one of their product so that products can be promoted between famous personalities. After
this promotion, it has become the famous snacks for many rock-stars. With help of, better quality
and goodness in taste has benefited firm to grow their profitability, it is also helpful in
developing the brand reputation in eyes of customers. This firm also have three stores in the
Melbourne. They have received keen interest from various customers who resides in overseas.
In the present scenario, this firm wish to develop its online presence to promote their

In this, business model helps to define way of doing organisation it must be framed
effectively to sustain its operations. It aids company to sell its products and services in the
market. It is a systematic process which defines how business creates, delivers and captures

The Cake and buns are working as manufacturer and retailer of their own products. In
order to have online presence in local as well offshore market the firm needs to have small
