It is very important for the business organisation to plan effectively in order to target the
right set of customers. The target audience can be analysed by using the STP model for the
organisation. It is very important for an organisation to analyse the various aspect for the growth
of the business enterprise. The business idea which is taken into consideration is cake business.
MAIN BODY
Target audience for the business organisation
The STP nayikas is the model which is taken into consideration for the organisation and
developing the right marketing strategy for the company. As the business idea which is of cake
the company need to focus on the various aspect for the development of the company.
Segmentation- this is the first step in this process where the company need to segment its
audience which means the company need to divide into smaller parts. There are various basis on
which the organisation can segment its customers.
Demographic- this is related to the various attributes such as age, gender,
Geographic- this is the factor which is based on the location, region etc.
Psychographics- this basis is related to the lifestyle of the people.
Behavioural- it is concerned with how the people use the product of the business
organisation (Sathiyamoorthi, and et.al., 2021)
it has been identified that the organisation can segment its customer on the basis of age group
which can be from 20- 50. as the people are more excited for the celebrations on the special
occasions. Also the company can focus on the basis of Psychographics where the thinking of the
people can be analysed in order to target the right set of customers.
Targetting- The main target audience for the organization will be the people having the good
and healthy lifestyle where there are focusing on developing the target customers who are more
concerned with the vegan products. The organisation is providing with the vegan cakes where
the lifestyle of the people matter in order to market the product in the defective way.

Positioning- this is the strategy which means it is very important for the business organisation to
make its product or service unique in order to have a competitive advantage. It is very essential
that the company focus on differentiating its product from its competitors to have the growth in
the business organisation. The company can use of the various promotional techniques in order
to market the product. The company can fours on developing the vegan cakes to attract
