record. As the temperature increases, the threat of powerful storms, exceptional global heat,
rising sea levels, severe wildfires and retreating ice are becoming far more possibly. If it
continues unabated, then it will have devastating consequences. Thus, this makes it crucial to act
towards it. The Calgary Stampede event is vulnerable to disaster-related risks because of various
hazards and threats which can exist in city. Hazards like hail, flooding, infrastructure failures,
winter storms and tornadoes can have noteworthy consequences to natural, social, economic and
government systems. The sources of greenhouse gas emissions and energy use in the event
includes transportation and electricity production.
