INTRODUCTION
This report plans about the project for social welfare activities that help to society with
Calgary Stampede. This report is very helpful because it remove the society issue with the help
of charity programmes.
MAIN BODY
Objectives:
 Improve public relations with the help of supporting a charitable and/or volunteer project
which benefitted to local community.
 Support social enterprise.
Project description:
It is the project of Calgary Stampede that focuses on treating the dementia problems of
people. They will take help of Alzheimer’s Society that are focusing of treatment of dementia
problem that face by society in nowadays. Calgary Stampede undertakes this project so that they
will help to societies’ people who are feeling lonely. This project helps to those people with the
help of providing campaigns to their families that how they can treat with those people. Calgary
Stampede focuses on this project so that they can improve their relations with public. They also
support social enterprise which has main objective of society welfare.
It is benefitted to those people who are suffering from dementia or those who are feel
lonely after the pandemic situation in all over the world. This project becomes helpful after
conducting campaigns and collecting donations. Donations become helpful for people who have
not enough money to treat their problems. It can be better understand with the help of MAUDE
framework.
MAUDE Framework:
It is the effective to show the implementation of project in the local community. MAUDE
framework is mentioned below:
Meaningful: It is the first stage of framework in which organisation need to plan their
project in such a way that they complete their objectives which are set. Calgary Stampede
introduces this project so that they can attain sustainable growth in the market. They attain
inclusive growth which includes all members in the society.
Aligned: The main vision and mission of the Calgary Stampede is to grow sustainably
which include make healthy reactions with the peoples so that they can easily grow. It assists in

solving the problem of dementia of people from society. This project helps to make healthy
relations with people.
Unique Skills: For attainment of objective of this project, it needs coordinative skills so
that organisation needs to complete their goals. They should be focused oriented for
accomplishment of this project.
Destination specific: The project destination is the society in which they give solutions
to those peoples who are suffering from dementia. It improves the relations with people by
supporting charitable projects.
Engaging: In this stage Calgary Stampede focuses on engagement of all volunteers
effectively so that they can achieve their targeted gaols. It helps to easily and effectively enhance
the performance of each volunteer. It improves coordination between volunteers who are ready
to work on this project.
Apart from above discussion there is one social enterprise that is ready to give their
support for completion of this project i.e. British Red Cross society.
