INTRODUCTION
The term project refers management is implication of skills, techniques, knowledge and
efforts to activities of project for the purpose of meeting its essential requirements. It includes
stages that guides project managers to complete all activities as per schedule criteria and gain
success (Cha,Newman and Winch,2018). Present report is all about a music event which Camden
Sickle Cell together with Thalassaemia Service group is planning to organise.
The report includes network diagram that is developed manually and stakeholder’s
analysis is undertaken for the event project. Further, it includes numbered Work Breakdown
Structure together with Organisational structure in context to the music event. Risk analysis is
also prepared and project methodology that is suitable for it is evaluated.

Developing network diagram manually
Network diagram refers to a portrayal of the several events and activities of a project. It
reflects the relationship between different activities in the project. This helps in completing the
task in an effective way within specified period of time. It is useful for visual presentation and

Quality expectation refers to that statement which reflects the quality that is expected by
the customers from the project of the company. It is agreed early at the starting point of the
project. IN context of Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service group the quality
expectation is high of the customers because they are the best event company who organise the
music event. In this they can expect the high quality in casting and crewing the collection of
photographing, offering quality food with proper hygiene because of coronavirus, proper focus
on sanitization, security and costumes of the participants. This are the major resources on which
company needs to focus at the time of setting the quality. In this manager can set the high
acceptance criteria for their event so that they can attracts the large number of people towards it
so that it will become successful. In this head of the event organiser is setting the quality
specification in which they offer the Italian and Mexican food to their guest with some soft
drinks and smoothies. Set the western dress code for all the guest (Martens and Carvalho, 2016).
In this they include the orchestra music in which they focus on classical music including the
musical instrument like Violin, cello etc.
To measure the quality of the event head of the musical event can focus on taking the
follow ups of the clients so that problems can be recognised effectively. In this they also use the
inspection to control the quality problems and offers the quality services to them. The company

offers the successful results in the events that is organised by the company (Pollard, 2019).

Critical analysis of what methodology would be appropriate for the project and why
Project methodology can be described as set of guiding processes addition to principles
that plays significant role in managing a project. Selecting a project methodology is prime
decision made by a project manager. In aspect to music event that Camden Sickle Cell addition
to Thalassaemia Service Group is planning to organise, Critical Path Method is effective
methodology. It refers to a methodology which is adopted by project managers for analysing
important deadlines as well as delivering the working promptly. With this methodology, all the
activities are categorised properly for completing the project. Further, it guide in mapping project
duration concerned with each activity as well as dependencies of each (Muriana and Vizzini,
2017). The benefit of critical path methodology for music event is that it helps in identification
and scheduling all activities properly. The methodology saves managers time, demonstrates
graphical aspects of the project and reducing timeliness. In contrary, limitation of the
methodology is it requires experts to schedule activities. It is critical to predict completion time
of all activities and devising paths is complicated process.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that project methodology is an essential term to
examine the applications and principles that is based on completing the project. For business like
event it is very significant to take a decision based on project methodology so that successful
results can be attained. It inculcates the network diagram that is helpful accomplishing the
project within team. Further stakeholder analysis helps in analysing the interest and power of
them within the event. In this risk analysis factor is play a vital role to examine the risk so hat
firm will effectively working on them to overcome this by offering training the development
session. In this it also helpful in controlling by focusing on quality expectation.
