Introduction
Project management is the process of organising and leading the work of a team who
involved in particular task for the purpose of achieving goals. To complete any project or task
there is need to focus on each planning which can be used to attain the higher productivity. This
report is based on project of Camden Sickle Cell and Thelassaemia Service Group, that raise the
funds by organising a music concert for the purpose of creating music awareness with under
listed activity list (Abu-Hussei and et.al., 2016). The project manager consider all activities and
functions to run this programme and attain the outcomes. The report covers network diagram,
stakeholder analysis for project, work break down structure, and risk analysis. Moreover, it
involves quality expectation , specification and methodology that is appropriate for current
project.

Task1
Develop a network digram and Gantt Chart
This is an graphical representation for conducting all operations, project and process
which are related to complete project. This application show the mapping structure and schedule
which are related to their work sequence. All the steps are needed to be tracked at each and
every level of completing phase of project (Abyad, 2017). This tool basically help the manager
to plan, control and organise the things in an appropriate manner. In this project, CSC and TSG
are used which are justify to make time statement and work accordingly to manage. These

project stakeholders who are working as per their own interest and power. There are different

Severo and Vieira, 2017). This model will include majorly four sectors:
Manage closely: In this analysis, stakeholders who have high interest and high power are
included. For example, the manager and owner are the organisation which are organised
who will manage for task which are related to high interest in completion of completion
the project.
Keep satisfied: This is related to another stakeholder analysis who have low interest but
they have high power. All the decision which are related to project management and
business ethics decision. In this project government and their policies make the direct
impact on the different project management practice (Haverila and Fehr, 2016).
Monitor: It include minimum stakeholders who have less business activities. These are
the one who have low power and low interest. This may include customer, visitors and so
on. All of them are having the interest in the project but they have no power on project in
order to change their decision.
Keep Informed: This will include high interest but low power to make decision
regarding concept which are related to decision-making. The employees and worker are
the one which are related to concept who is working with more specified and ready for
completing their work (Heagney, 2016).

Work-break Down structure
Work-break Down structure is a tool which is based on the concept that help the manager
to break down the work and related to more manageable task. This tool is beneficial as it will
improve the concept and affect the growth of organisation that may affect and sustain plan in line
with scope, cost and desired schedule. Music concert can be related to deliverable of those
phases which are divided into different phases (Izmailov, Korneva and Kozhemiakin, 2016).
This music concert has many stages and phases which are used and manage by the chief or top
management manager of the project team.

This is the essential process where some of the standards which are set for completing
work and measuring performance management tool. Some of the minimum standards are needed
to be done on the basis of evaluation and check control standards (Sunder M, 2016).
Quality Expectation: This quality check is related to the concept which are managed by
the concert team. The Camden Company are required to control their all operation within
101 days. This will include the overall process and management work for considering the
concept.
Acceptance criteria: These are required for getting approval from the others condition of
workforce and different kind of activities for being conducted on the approval basis.
Conducting different music concert and recruiting employee are the important procedure

relevant and appropriate for some major ineffective and applicable which are related to

Six Sigma: This model is helpful in improve the capabilities and potential level of
business which are reliable and capable. It will give the guide and direct the employees
about increasing performance. Further help in removing waste management techniques.

concert for applicable and achieve relevant properties for reducing waste management

Conclusion
From the above project it is clear that the use of project management within an
organisation or project management would be very beneficial. As this will help the manager to
understand the concept of project management and especially when they are needed to fund riser
situation. Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group are able to complete their music concert with the help of above
project management analysis.
