INTRODUCTION
Project management is defined as a technique which is applied by business to analysis
and evaluate different projects that are undertaken by people with the reason of completing the
project activities effectively. While trying to finish a particular project the managers are
necessary to be concentrated on various activities like initiation, planning, observing and
determining (Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa, 2017). This report depends on the Camden Sickle
Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group that is organising a music concert for fundraising. This
report consists of stakeholder analysis to know the interest of stakeholders, draw network
analysis to understand the project, Work break down structure. Apart from this, the best effective
methodology applies to the project that covers in this report.

event, the government will be the stakeholder working with high power and low interest. If the

For this business, the project effectively applies agile methodology. It is applied by a
different business entity for the planning and managing of music event activities in a systematic
manner. There are consisting of five procedures such as initiating, planning, executing,
monitoring and closing. Due to sudden changes in the atmosphere, the right methodology helps
to manage the project activities and take the right decision at the right time to assure success
(Auth, JokischPavel and Dürk, 2019).
In the scenario of music, the event follows all the directions of the agile method in the
right manner to get expected results. The starting procedure defines what event is about skills &
activities consist in a project. For setting, authorization requires permits for an event that can be
organized. The net step planning consists of developing an effective strategy for the event and
assure about the set objectives to proper utilization of all the resources of a firm. Along with
defining every member their roles and responsibilities after that set deadlines for every activity in

procedure of execution. After that in monitoring and controlling the efficiency of all the staff
