INTRODUCTION
Project management plan is considered to be a formal document which helps in defining how the
project has been carried out (Kerzner, 2018). This is useful in outlining the scope, goals, budget,
timelines and key deliverables associated with the budget. Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia
Service Group tends to focus on developing a musical event. This study focuses on developing
network diagram. Stakeholder analysis and risk analysis will be carried out. Also, work
breakdown structure, quality expectation, and methodology used will be examined.
