Introduction
This report is based on the project of hospital. This idea was planned because of the Camden
sickle cell and thalassaemia unit founded a large proportion of community or society. There was
an idea to develop hospital and consultants are appointed for organising music concerts for
creating awareness. This project is raising fund for Sickle and Thalassaemia Care Forum.

Work break down structure
The work breakdown structure is defined as the process or structure that the project manager
uses to evaluate the project 's business activities and tasks. It is really necessary for the project
manager to provide successful project management and to evaluate the layout of the task
breakdown accurately so that the analysis tasks can be efficiently carried out quickly. The
structure of the work breakdown includes the breakdown of large projects into smaller tasks that
can be completed in less time. The life cycle of this project consists of a month, when it is seen
that the review task for overseeing the company project is efficiently completed in order to get a
new week.
Marketing- Marketing is recognised as the most critical activity that needs to be done in an

aim is to maximise the number of individuals so that the academic experience will support them.
Quality-quality is defined as the management of multiple targets as well as tasks to effectively
achieve the project.
Financing- Financing relates to the amount of costs and finds that management will incur costs to
complete the project work.
Study- There is data collecting in the form of research activity in order to achieve the mission

every stage of project life cycle which ensures that the project phase is completed or not. As per
the prince2 methodology, there are different alternative solutions for managing and completing
tasks and activities properly. For the successful completion of this project, Waterfall
Methodology is used because it helps to manage all steps.
