Introduction
This report is based on the project of hospital. This idea was planned because of the Camden
sickle cell and thalassaemia unit founded a large proportion of community or society. There was
an idea to develop hospital and consultants are appointed for organising music concerts for
creating awareness. This project is raising fund for Sickle and Thalassaemia Care Forum.

There is a business project for hospital development in which there are number of stakeholders
who are involved in providing funds for the new project. There's an objective for project
manager to convince all the stakeholders in order to have effective and proper conduction of

Work break down structure
The work breakdown structure is defined as the process or structure that the project manager
uses to evaluate the project 's business activities and tasks. It is really necessary for the project
manager to provide successful project management and to evaluate the layout of the task
breakdown accurately so that the analysis tasks can be efficiently carried out quickly. The
structure of the work breakdown includes the breakdown of large projects into smaller tasks that
can be completed in less time. The life cycle of this project consists of a month, when it is seen
that the review task for overseeing the company project is efficiently completed in order to get a
new week.
Marketing- Marketing is recognised as the most critical activity that needs to be done in an
effective way to handle project job promotions. Within the university background, the primary
aim is to maximise the number of individuals so that the academic experience will support them.
Quality-quality is defined as the management of multiple targets as well as tasks to effectively
achieve the project.
Financing- Financing relates to the amount of costs and finds that management will incur costs to
complete the project work.
Study- There is data collecting in the form of research activity in order to achieve the mission
and project. Here, these overview assignments are defined in detail as follows:
Marketing- The event occurs at the university to encourage classes and labs so that more students
are exposed to university admissions. There is an significant aspect that entails taking successful
demo lessons with the students so that they can understand more about the information they were
offered when taking the classroom sessions.
Study- Research is described as the participation of numerous business activity-related plans and
procedures that must be carried out within the university to complete the project work. There is a
need for a successful survey in the sense of this university initiative, in which data is gathered to
evaluate promotions of advanced and new groups. There is need to manage the work of hospital
management effectively and complete tasks and activities. It will lead to manage the hospital
project success successfully.
Quality- Quality, using the main performance indicator, is defined as the management of all tasks
and activities. This is linked to the construction of hospital and collecting of funds to manage all

the operations. There is need to manage all the operations properly so that goals are attained in
specified timeframe.
Financing- There is requirement of at least funding of EUR 50,000 for the coordination of the
event and the execution of the necessary mission and activity within a defined timeframe. This is
essential for the successful operation of the enterprise and the completion of the task on the basis
of the funds provided.
Organisational structure for music event
There are different levels at which employees and workers are working. It enables
managing of music event success. It enhances the way in which music events are planned
properly for collecting funds and money. This will be used for conducting the hospital
construction activities.

Quality expectation and assurance
A Quality Strategy is a means of defining the quality requirements of the client and the plan of
the project manager to ensure that the standards are fulfilled. When the project is originally
identified or during the Review Process, the Quality Plan will be established. The Review
Process is where you collect requirements and so at that time it is not unusual to collect the
quality requirements of the customer as well. The Quality Plan is also the location for defining

the procedures and practises that will be placed in place to ensure the development of quality
deliverables. The following information is included in the Quality Strategy.
Important deliverables. It lists the major deliverables. The Project Definition should already
define these deliverables and need to be checked here. Criteria for completeness and correctness
(C & C). This chapter explains when the deliverables are complete and right. The better you will
describe the requirements succinctly, the more likely the first time you can receive acceptance of
your deliverables. As an example, the format and the table of contents can include the C&C
specifications for a text. Standards relating to consistency. List or refer to any levels of
consistency that are known to the project team. There may be unique quality assurance or quality
management practises that your company needs, for example. It is likely that such criteria would
still have to be established by the project team. It is ensured by the project manager that hospital
is developed and built within time it provides help to manage and develop effective strategies to
enhance the daily operations of hospital. This provides help to manage different activities

Methodologies:
Methodology is a process of managing different activities included in business operations. These
will help to develop and create effective business activities and operations. These will provide
proper way of planning the project. In present context, there are different models of research like
waterfall, agile and prince2 to which are followed for completing this project work. These
methodologies are important in order to manage the working of various events. In context of
agile methodology, it is not predictable that complete life cycle and requirement of project work.
On the other hand, former in context of waterfall methodology there is mapping of each and
every stage of project life cycle which ensures that the project phase is completed or not. As per
the prince2 methodology, there are different alternative solutions for managing and completing
tasks and activities properly. For the successful completion of this project, Waterfall
Methodology is used because it helps to manage all steps.
