INTRODUCTION
Project Management refers to a particular process which can be undertaken in order to
ensure that the different types of projects are successful in the future effectively and efficiently
(Andersen, 2016). This can help in ensuring that the overall profitability level is enhanced. For
this report, Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group has been considered. In this
report, detailed focus will be made on the various aspects of project management so that a
particular project of the group can be made successful.
MAIN BODY
Project- Many people who are living in the community are unaware about the different
types of services which are run by Camden Sickle Cell an Thalassaemia Group. Thus the group
wants to organise a musical concert which will help in creating awareness among the people
about the services of the group which will help them in availing these services.
Task 1
Network Diagram- A Network Diagram refers to a chart in which there are boxes in
which various types of tasks and responsibilities are provided and the sequence in which the
work has to be completed is provided (Badewi, 2016). For the group, it is essential that the
various types of activities which are given under it are managed properly which will be quite
helpful in ensuring that the attainment of a higher-level of efficiency and effectiveness in
completing these activities can be done by using proper methods and techniques.

Task 2
Stakeholder Analysis refers to a process in which the different types of stakeholders of an
organization are clearly identified (Bibarsov, Khokholova and Okladnikova, 2017). This can be
quite helpful in ensuring that the identification of the stakeholders can be done effectively and
efficiently. The various groups of stakeholders are explained as follows-
 High power, highly interested people (Manage Closely): In the group, they are owners,
staff members who have to be managed closely in a proper manner.
 High power, less interested people (Keep Satisfied): In the group, they are certain
people in the management who have to be satisfied effectively and efficiently.
 Low power, highly interested people (Keep Informed): In the group, these are the
patients who have to be informed about the group's activities.
 Low power, less interested people (Monitor): In the group, they are the people who do
not have to be informed about the group's activities. They have to be monitored so that
the group can attain the goals and objectives.
Thus, it can be said that by undertaking this particular stakeholder analysis the group will
be able to assess the strategies which are required to be applied in order to keep the stakeholders
satisfied. This will be helpful for the management in devising strategies and techniques which

can be helpful in ensuring that the overall satisfaction level of the stakeholders can be raised in
the right manner effectively and efficiently. Thus, In the context of the current project of
organizing a musical concert by the group it is quite essential that the right strategy in order to
satisfy the stakeholders can be applied which will help in ensuring that the stakeholders are
satisfied leading towards the success of the project.
Task 3
A Work Breakdown Structure i.e. WBS refers to the way in which the detailed
breakdown of the work which has to be done for the purpose of completing a project can be done
effectively and efficiently (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). Thus it is quite essential for the
Camden Group that it is able to prepare a WBS which will help it in attaining the overall goals
and objectives effectively and efficiently. Thus, In this way the project can be completed in a
proper manner. Therefore it becomes quite essential that the WBS for the music concert which
has to be held in the future can be prepared which will be quite helpful in raising the overall level
of efficiency and effectiveness in the right manner.

Risk Analysis refers to a process of ensuring that the overall analysis of the different
types of risks which are related with a particular project can be done effectively and efficiently

 Quality Expectation- The quality expectations will be quite high from the music concert
because this concert will require that the overall efficiency and effectiveness in the
quality level can be maintained in a proper manner which will help in successful
execution of the project.
 Acceptance Criteria- The acceptance criteria of the music concert will be that the
celebrities in the concert give good performance which can be helpful in ensuring the
overall level of satisfaction.
 Quality Specification- The quality specification of music concert will be that the
optimum quality of the music has to be maintained effectively and efficiently in it which
will be quite helpful in ensuring that the execution of the project can be done in a proper
manner effectively and efficiently.
 Quality Control Measures- The various types of quality control measures are required
to be taken in the project of music concert which will be helpful in ensuring that the
optimum quality of the project can be ensured in the right manner.
Task 6
Project Methodology refers to the different types of methods which are used in a proper
manner so that the execution of the project can be done in a proper manner (Rodríguez-Rivero
and et.al., 2020). The different types of methods which can be used for the execution of the
Music Concert Project are explained in the following manner-
Waterfall- It is one of the oldest methodologies of the Project Management. If the
Camden Group is required to make the use of this particular method so that it is able to ensure
that the activities of the music concert are divided properly which will be helpful in the
attainment of success in the project effectively and efficiently.

Agile- It is also a Project Management methodology. In it, Camden Group is required to
focus on ensuring that the quick changes can be made in the hosting of the music concert when
required which will be quite helpful in ensuring that the attainment of the overall goals and
objectives of the project can be done in the right manner.
Hybrid- It is a Project Management Methodology in which there is a combination of
both the Waterfall and Agile Methods. Therefore, Camden Group can use this particular method
for hosting the music concert because it is a flexible as well as a structured approach which can
be quite helpful in ensuring that the management of the projects can be done quite effectively
and efficiently in the right manner.
Justification- Hybrid Methodology will be suitable for the Project Management related
with the project of Camden Group because by making its use the group will be able to make sure
that the project can be managed quite effectively and efficiently in the right manner.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Project Management refers to an
approach through which the management of a project can be done effectively and efficiently to
ensure its successful execution. It is therefore quite essential that the various types of methods
which are related with the project are applied so that the projects are successful. Therefore, it is
quite important that the use of Project Management can be done in a proper manner by the
Project Managers so that the attainment of the different types of goals and objectives in the short-
term, medium-term and long-term can be done.
