INTRODUCTION
Project management is the practice of organizing and leading the efforts of a group of people
working on a certain mission in order to achieve a set of objectives (Levy, 2018). To complete
every project or mission, it is important to concentrate on each preparation phase that can be
used to maximize efficiency. This research is focused on a project of the Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group, which raised funds by hosting a music concert in order to increase
music awareness through the activities mentioned below. To run this initiative and achieve the
desired results, the project leader recognizes both tasks and roles. The study includes a network
overview, project stakeholder assessment, work breakdown structure, and risk assessment.
Furthermore, it includes quality expectations, specifications, and methods suitable for the current
project.

Task 1
Project-Many residents in the city are ignorant of the various services provided by the Camden
Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Group. As a result, the organization wishes to organize a musical
festival in order to raise community understanding about the group's programs and encourage
people to use them.
Network diagram- A Network Diagram is a map that contains boxes that include different
categories of duties and roles, as well as the order in which the job must be done (Heldman,
2018). It is important for the community that the different types of tasks assigned to it are
handled correctly, as this would be very effective in showing that a greater degree of productivity
and efficacy in managing the activities can be achieved by using proper approaches and methods.

• Individuals with a lot of influence and a lot of concern (Manage Closely): In the company,
there are owners and employees who need to be handled properly.
• High-power, low-interest individuals (Keep Satisfied): Within the company, there are a few
individuals in management who must be satisfied quickly and efficiently.
• Low-power, intensely interested individuals (Keep Updated): These are the patients in the
clinic who must be kept informed about the group's operations.
• Low-power, uninterested people (Monitor): These are the employees who do not need to hear
about the group's operations. They must be controlled in order for the group to accomplish its
aims and objectives.
As a result of doing this specific stakeholder study, the committee will be able to determine
the measures that must be implemented in order to keep the investors satisfied. This will assist
management in developing policies and procedures that will aid in ensuring that the total
satisfaction level of customers is lifted in an appropriate and productive manner. Thus, in the
light of the group's latest project of arranging a musical festival, it is critical that the right
approach be used to please the shareholders, which would aid in ensuring that the interested
parties are fulfilled, contributing to the group's success.
Task 3
A Work Breakdown Structure, or WBS, is a method for quickly and efficiently breaking down
the work that needs to be completed to complete a project (Müller, Drouin and Sankaran, 2019).
As a result, the Camden Group's ability to plan a WBS that will assist it in achieving the general
goals and priorities successfully and adequately is critical. As a result, the project will be
finished properly in this manner. As a result, it is critical that the WBS for the upcoming musical
festival be packed, as this would be extremely beneficial in increasing the overall level of
productivity and efficacy in the right person.

acceptable for a number of significant inefficient and applicable activities.
Six Sigma: This model aids in enhancing the effectiveness and resources and capabilities of a
dependable and competent company. It will act as a reference and guidance for workers about
how to enhance their efficiency (Davies, Manning and Söderlund, 2018). Additional assistance
with waste disposal approaches. This model accurately tests the efficiency and output of the
project's desired goal. Six sigma is relevant and accomplish relevant properties for waste disposal
and minimising the risk of any misshapen artefacts in this prestigious music festival.
CONCLUSION
The application of project managers and executives or project management can be very useful, as
seen by the aforementioned project. As a result, the manager would be better able to grasp the
principle of managing projects, particularly if they are required to finance a riser scenario. With
the assistance from the above project management research, Camden Sickle Cell and
