affect ability of an industry to build effective consumer relationship. Global business
environment can be defined as a societal and task surrounding of the industry. The study aims to
evaluate business environment of Cameco at global level. Cameco is a fast growing energy and
chemical company that based in South Africa. The industry has also expanded in various
countries such as; Canada, Australia, Mozambique and Gabon and also planning to expand their
business more countries very soon. The study will evaluate the influences of globalisation on
organisational governance, structure, culture, leadership and on the overall function and provide
an understanding on ethical and sustainable influences on the functions. Lastly report will cover
further influence factors that can affect decision making and strategy for globalisation.

impact and limitation of the activities of Cameco on various areas (Hamilton and Webster,
2018). The company is required to aware about the context in which they operate Organisational
culture is a pattern of shared basic assumptions that can be learned by the group or team to solve
the issues of external adaption and internal integration. Corporate governance refers to the
procedure, structure and various information used overseeing the management of the company.
Hofstede's Dimension of culture
This model is essential for understanding that how differences in national cultural can
have impact on the organisation. Under this model, there are five cultural dimensions; Power
distance, Individualism, Masculinity, Uncertainty avoidance index, Long-term orientation. This
model state that, national culture is diverse in terms of their value and beliefs. Company is
required to understand the power of various factors that can affect by the globalisation (Frynas
