region to support the welfare groups along with the government needs to allow immediate

the importance of providing the health care support to the children. The reduction in funding
will be impacting the children and the social welfare associations associated with it. To
summarize the study it can be said that the child welfare is an important issue that needs to be

health care, justice and the infrastructure to support the child welfare.
