The environmental constraints such as waste management as Canadian government come
up with strict norms in urban areas as raises importance for Canada Goose. The environmental
norms are also changing priorities for innovation of product so in this aspect, Canada Goose has
designed its products on basis on environmental standards along with expectations instead of
catering to tradition value propositions (Choi and et.al., 2018). Moreover, extreme weather has
aggregates operation cost so it has to invest for flexible supply chains and recycling is emerging
for adhering its expectations and regulations in Consumer Cyclical sector.

The biggest challenge is related to economic factors as skilled workforce but on the
contrary, environmental factors had created opportunity for entering in segment of customised
products.
Stakeholders
The key stakeholders within Canada Goose are employees, customers, suppliers, CEO
and investors as well. The most important stakeholder of organization are customers and
employees as with absence of customer they could not survive so with reference to every
situation, needs of customers come first. Moreover, second priority is given to employees as they
are one who deliver and create services and products that are consumer by customer. If
customer's need are fulfilled by other company, then this will create competition to organization
so for this context, employees should be efficient for best customer service. For purpose of
retaining top talent employees at every level, terms and conditions offered must be very
attractive (Mausumi and Rahman, 2018). Thirdly, suppliers, distributors and other partners of
business as they have essential expertise in skills which one lacks. Then can give both positive
and negative impact as if they properly perform and underperform respectively.

Organisational structure and design
The above organizational structure is on basis of hierarchy structure within particular
organization because organization is made up of various departments who are performing
different roles. The topmost position is of chairman as initial set up and hiring other employees
and then managing director who closely operates via every operation and functions of the
organization. The organization is operating is unstable business environment as it possess
capability for changing accordingly. There is presence of ability for process, distribute and
analyse information and knowledge in very quick aspect. Henceforth, these characteristics are
comprised in organic structure. Generally, this structure helps in communicating quick and
effective through spreading information as it is done through departments and various functional
areas which are integrated to each other. With implementation of decentralised decision making,
employees with low ranking would have ability for undertaking important decisions and
empower employees leading to better problem solving and creativity (Pedersen, Gwozdz and
Hvass, 2018). Further, employees are encouraged for developing new products and creative
problem solving and in Canada Goose it will play very efficient role for attaining success.

Motivating employees
On basis of motivating employees, there would be application of Maslow's Hierarchy of
needs as it relies on fact that people desire for increasing about attainments in life and their
requirements must be prioritized as per importance. The initial priority of workers is all about
survival and this is very hard for them for being motivates with unfair pay and if jobs are in
jeopardy (Bauman, 2018). Pay, job security and benefits are very important but for motivating
team work rewards are meaningful. These must originate both through company and work itself.
Recommendations
On basis of analysing Canada Goose, it has been recommended that they must incentivize
suppliers for advance economic empowerment of women and even strengthen access to fund
especially for women factory owners. It would provide major impact as, participate in through
industry efforts which advocates for inclusive, responsible sourcing and sharing best practices.
Simultaneously, they should invest in building capability of supplier along with empowerment
programs and workplace training which would lead to skilled labour as they are very important
for Canada Goose because of giving customised products and online service which has
requirement of technological advancement. In the same series, employees require change with
time as for promoting workplace motivation, the effective leaders continually adapt to these
alterations as per need.
Controls and Recommendations
Controls could focus on event prior, during or after a process. In this organization, there
would be implication of concurrent and feedback control (Types of organizational control.,
2019). Concurrent control is activity being performed and feedback control is activity has not yet
performed. In this employee activity has been monitored ongoing for ensuring consistency with
quality standards with reliance on performance standards, rules and regulations for employee
behaviour and task with context to concurrent control (Haghighi and Pang, 2018). Further,
feedback control engages to review information to identify that performance attain established
standards as products are customised in 48 hours are not. It should be consistently monitored for
3 months and then plans must be designed as per schedule.
