son Stanley Earl Fuller are considered to be the founders of the Earls chain. However, before
Leroy decided to start his own restaurant chain, he was already operating many A&W
franchises, having expanded to almost 30 locations in Canada.

The reason behind Leroy’s success in opening the Earls joint was their innovative idea of
