The stakeholders in Canada play a huge role in their prescribed profession as a regulatory
body as they will provide the particular services to the clients when they will not be obliged to be
the members of the past. In the recent years, with the emergence of the growing refugee crisis it
has become very important for the Canadian stakeholders to provide the feedback and the other
proposals in order to give recommendation to the government on the policy rules that is proposed
by the Canadian Government. (Fung et.al 2019).The most important policies are the proposed
policy rules in order to bring out an effective immigration policy that will be effective to be
implemented by the Canadian Government.
However, in the process of the immigration policies the stakeholders should keep the fact
in mind that to explain or advise the government on the citizen’s status of the citizenship or the
different policies of immigration. The stakeholders also have to select the most appropriate
immigration stream in order to communicate to the Canadian Border Services on behalf of the
client or on the basis of the written submissions (McIntyre & Mah2018). The stakeholders will
give recommendations to the government on the immigration status of the new inmigrants.The
stakeholders also have the responsibility to represent the LMIA that is the Labor Market Impact
Assessment Report for reporting the immigration status to the Canadian Government.
Finally, it can be stated that the stakeholders need to advertise regarding the provisions
that they will provide their citizens the guidelines of the different immigration policies. The
stakeholders should assist the government in formation of the government policies and the other
norms to assist the immigration policies of the Canadian migrants.
