INTRODUCTION
The cannabis plant has been used as a drug for both recreational and entheogenic purposes and
for various traditional medicine for centuries. Cannabis can be used in smoking, steaming, in
food, or as an ingredient. This file covers the legalisation of cannabis plant is the process of
removing all legal restrictions against it. Legalization is the act of removing criminal sanctions
for an act, article, or conduct. It also covers that how these restrictions are important for the
society and their welfare (Lee, 2020).

The legitimation of cannabis would be more important for culture than prohibition.
It is shocking to see how effective the current drug prevention system is in the UK. Someone has
legalized cannabis and the variety of people has dropped. It has proposed fines for trading with
cannabis, but now they have the biggest segment, but they are the largest survivors of cannabis in
Europe. In spite of their rigid laws, they are still more interested in cocaine than in other
societies. All persons are also dealing with mostly drug-connected end, in stark contrast to
regions where rules are free. So, they need not be alarmed that valid drugs will target more
people, as there seems to be no strong link among drug presence and utilisation. It is wrong that
legitimate drugs are equally low cost drugs and additional drug customers (Hadiwinoto, Lip
Kwok and Lakerveld, 2018).
No, legalisation of cannabis would not be important for society as: Cannabis is still difficult to
own, develop, disperse, and sell or development in the UK. Being captured with marijuana
comes with five years in prison, a limitless fine, or both.
Drug authorization reduces all punishments for ownership and self-utilisation of the drug. Rules
are often put in place to rules how a particular drug can be produced, sold, and used. Crime or
civil punishments may apply if the production, sale or use happens illegally. Proponents of drug
trafficking believe that the manufacture of cheap and broadly present drugs will exclude the
illicit drug market, implement quality and cost, and reduce legal price involves arrests and
detentions. They forecast that governments will lay out decrement in money on applications of
rules; advantages from fresh revenues from tax and that drug-connected with crime will decrease
if drugs come with marijuana to become available in a normal way, gradually like alcohol and
tobacco (Pacheco-Colón, Limia and Gonzalez, 2018).
The side effects of drugs introduced on the market are well known. Sickness and death are more
likely to have side effects than known side effects. Some of the causes why drugs are harmful are
because they spread difficulties. Dangerous drugs like that listed in that as it seen to cause
physically and mental harm; so, there are various rules in condition to secure its fraud. This has
been worked as a way to serve the public, as lawmakers look to secure the general public.
Additionally, drugs can be very harmful. It has no secret that drug use can lead to criminal
behaviour. Therefore, cannabis that has been proven to cause an increment and crime has been
made illegal to aid prevents these problems. Illegal drugs can also cause death, specifically if the
drug is misuse for a long time. Similarly to use prison is means of preventing criminal activities;

laws are used to prevent people from using drugs and dying of addiction. Some medicines are
legal for different reasons. This is the recent drug system today. Everyone can see, the procedure
has developed over time. Once a drug has passed the authorization ways, it may or may not be
taken secure to use. One has no way of knowing that the power of a drug can combine with other
ingredients and medicine. It is essential to note that although the drug is legal, it should be used
with caution (Arkell, Hayley and Downey, 2021).
A person may become so dependent on cannabis and they become ill. Smokers of cannabis
develop bronchitis, asthma and cancer. Injecting drug users often catch infections by sharing
needles. When they take extras, they have to drink a lot, because these people are active and alert
and they can get thirsty and die. It can be hard to concentrate and doing job well. Individuals can
be fired as drugs like cannabis are very dangerous. People who use drugs are more likely to die
than those who do not use drugs. They die from overdose, accidents, diseases and a deadly
combination of drugs. A person who uses drugs is more likely to fluctuate. Relationships with
family, friends, or colleagues can be strained and may even undermine one another. Once a
person is dependent, he develops a strong craving for drugs. This desire can become so strong
that a person who is addicted to drugs can do almost anything to earn money in order to buy
drugs. Girls may turn to prostitution, robbery, or shoplifting. They may even steal from their
parents or friends or start using drugs (Small, 2017).
Cannabis is especially highly toxic species which can double the risk of developing dementia in
very few people, especially young people, whose minds are still growing. While people who do
not understand the issue of mental disease, or drugs like cannabis can cause dementia,
recurrence, and severe side effects, they require keeping a clear word that it is difficult at 10-20
per cent higher. They may be in danger but may not and when people focus on drug issues, there
is a dangerous combination of increasing side effects. This damage will negatively affect those
with more poverty, as well as those with constitutional or genetic defects that will not be a
problem at all in their lives (Caligiuri, Ulrich and Welter, 2018).

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report is that Cannabis use has become widespread among young
people and adults in many developed and developing countries. There are many health risks
associated with smoking marijuana. Marijuana use impairs performance in strenuous work, and
use before driving is likely to increase the risk of traffic accidents. About 10 per cent of those
who try cannabis begin to rely on the drug, and are at greater risk for respiratory disorders,
cognitive impairment and having psychotic symptoms or mental disorders. Early or hard use of
cannabis may increase the risk of adverse academic and other psychological consequences in
adolescence.
