Introduction
Cannabis can be known as an herbal drug
that contains chemicals called as
cannabinoids which can be extracted from
Cannabis plant. It is responsible for
affecting the central nervous system among
human beings that consists brain and
nerves. However, it includes the use of
cannabis in medicines but its misuse may
leads to sever mental health problem
between individuals (Aloi & et. al. 2020). It
consist the specific amount to formulate
medicines for addressing several health
problems among people. This assignment
will focus on cannabis use disorders and
guide to manage the relevant health issues
in order to make patients feeling disease
free and comfortable.
Main Body
Cannabis use disorders occurs among people
may leads to long terms conditions which
takes increased duration of time to improve
the situation. It includes the fact that cannabis
use disorders include mild, moderate and
severe psychological problems which impact
negatively on quality of life (Demontis & et.
al. 2019).
However, it involves the number of health
problems in which cannabis has medicinal use
including multiple sclerosis, nerve pain,
nausea & vomiting caused by cancer etc.
It consists the criterion of carrying out effective
steps for improving the condition of cannabis
use disorder including effective therapies and
medications for treating relevant health
problems. Cognitive behavioural therapy can be
considered as an effective practice in order to
treat the cannabis disordered condition of an
individual (Cerdá & et. al. 2020). It includes
the appropriate form of a psychotherapy which
is responsible for education potential strategies
to determine in respect of correcting the
problematic behaviours among patients. In
addition to this, it has been analysed that
cognitive behavioural therapy is known an
effective tool for addressing the behavioural
symptoms and issues. Moreover, it is an
efficient clinical practice in respect of
enhancing self-control; prevent drug abuse as
well as addressing the range of other issues
which are responsible for often co-occur with
them accordingly.

Contingency management refers to a
potential strategy which is required to be
used in specific cannabis abused patients
for treating their entire health condition
(Lopez, & Blanco, 2019). It is known to be
more effective as well as efficient
therapeutic approach which relied on
monitoring of target behaviour in frequent
manner.
However, it has been analysed that
contingency management has provision or
removal of tangible as well as positive
rewards when target behaviour occurs
respectively.
Moreover, it is favourable in terms of dealing
with contingency situation when patient
shows severe symptoms and relieving the
substance abused condition of people.
Motivational enhancement therapy can be
defined as an effective management clinical
procedure which is suitable to improve the
abnormal behaviour of an individual. It
includes the condition of improving the
behavioural symptoms of an individual with
the help of encouraging them to change their
condition (MacKillop & et. al. 2017).
However, motivational enhancement therapy
can be considered as a systematic form of
clinical intervention that is designed for
producing rapid, internally encouraged
change etc. Moreover, this intervention is not
used for treating the person but besides of
mobilising their own internal resources
related to change as well as involvement in
treatment procedure respectively.
The cannabis use disorders include utilisation
of some effective medications along with
therapies for making combinations to improve
condition of addicted individual (Kansagara &
et. al. 2020). It includes the use of number of
medication such as Buprenorphine, Methadone
and naltrexone which is favourable to improve
the condition of an individual.
However, it is necessary to provide specific
dosage of medicine and therapies which is
favourable to encourage increased rate of
recovery among people having problem of
addiction and relevant psychological issues
accordingly. Moreover, it includes the use of
buprenorphine is favourable to reduce the
negative impact of particular drug which is
responsible for improving the abusive condition
of an individual.

required to be followed in order to relieve
the symptoms of addiction between
individuals that impact positively on
recovery rate of them (Loflin & et. al.
2020).
It includes the effective guide of using
taking therapy which is suitable for
improving the condition of patients of
substance abuse. However, it has been
identified that various kinds of therapies
should be applied with the help of making
potential schedule by considering effective

impact positively to reduce the negative
impact of drug on brain cells and other parts
for increasing the recovery process for
welfare of a person.

From the above project, it has been concluded
that cannabis drug is an addictive drug which
is mostly diagnosed among people that is
responsible for affecting the brain nerves. It is
required to utilise available guidelines like
cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling
and family therapy for improving the
addictive condition of an individual.
