AI Summary
This essay delves into the intricate relationship between capitalist care, Health Integrated Technology (HIT), and dementia within the healthcare sector. It begins by defining capitalist care as the privatization of healthcare services, transforming them into a multi-billion dollar industry, and HIT as the integration of technology among physicians, specialists, and hospitals. The essay highlights the increasing trend of capitalist care, particularly in the UK's NHS, and how it influences the adoption of HIT to improve healthcare quality. It then explores how HIT facilitates the early detection and management of diseases like dementia, which affects millions annually. The conclusion emphasizes the crucial role of HIT in improving the quality of care and treatment for dementia, advocating for further innovation in the healthcare sector to address this growing concern. The essay references several sources to support its arguments.

INTRODUCTION
This essay writing is based on integration of three broad concept i.e capitalist care, health
Integrated technology (HIT) and Dementia. Capitalist care is mainly associated with privatisation
of hospital and care services that has made it a multibillion dollar business. Health Integrated
Technology (HIT) is mainly associated with integration of care physicians, specialists and
hospitals with new and better health technology and services (Cohen, 2020). Finally, Dementia is
related with broad category of brain diseases that lead to long term and gradual decrees in ability
of thinning and remembering.
Main Body
In today’s era the concept of capitalist care us highly increasing that has made hospitals
and care services a million dollar business thus, ensures adoption and implication of better heath
integrated technology and specialists services in hospitals and care organisation which ensures
more effective solution and treatment for diseases like dementia (Dong, 2019). NHS (National
Health and services) is a well known publically funded healthcare system of UK that is offering
care services since 1948 and all its operations are tax free. The main aim of NHS is to bring
social reforms and founded on the principles of comprehensive, universal and free care services
at the point of delivery. But our society is run on principles of capitalism where profit is the most
crucial thing for any organisation that has facilitated the concept of capitalist care. Thus, heath
cares is also becoming a multimillion dollar business where hospitals, pharmaceutical and
medical device companies are pulling in to earn large profits. This has also lead a pressure on
Coalition government of UK to plan for reform in order to transform the NHS into a more
privately run organisation instead of a publically funded organisation to face and become a part
of competitive system. It has raised the question that whether or not the NHS is likely to
resemble the US capitalist healthcare industry and strategy working for earning high profits
trough approaching the market-centred and profit-drive model that dominates and drives the US
healthcare industry through emphasising on privatisation of hospitals and health care industry
(Khan and ELSaied, 2019).
This trend of capitalist care and privatisation of care facility has lead to adoption and
implication of health integrated technology (HIT) that is basically associated with an
electronically integrated system across all care physicians, specialists, hospitals, and pharmacists

that lead to better impact and improvement in quality of care (Integrated Health Information
Technology and the Quality of Patient Care: A Natural Experiment, 2020). Further, through
providing more complete information and better understanding of diseases to physicians health
integrated technology is allowing them to detect and manage health problems in a more better
way and lead to early in the care cycle, thus, directly lead to improvement in quality of care.
Beside this, Integrated HIT is also hypothesized to improve and facilitates better quality of care
in an indirect from through increasing continuity of care and also lead to reduction in the odds of
therapeutic errors thus, ensures better treatment and cure of diseases (Raphael, Bryant and Rioux,
2019).
The use and implication of health integrated technology lead by capitalist care also
ensures better cure and treatment for brain diseases like Dementia. It is basically a syndrome
related with deterioration in memory, thinking and remembering behaviour of patient that
gradually hamper the ability to perform day to day activity. There are 7 main stages of Dementia
i.e. No impairment, Very mild cognitive decline, Mild cognitive decline, Moderate cognitive
decline, Moderately severe cognitive decline, Severe cognitive decline and Very severe cognitive
decline that can be easily detected and cure by making use of health integrated technology to
ensure better treatment and timely check of patients to ensure better cure of this disease (Skoog
and Aevarsson, 2019). Further, the people and individuals suffering with dementia need and
require information to support autonomy in order to make day to day decisions and also to
effectively act on those decisions thus, use of health integrated technology and other specialist
technology ensures that timely information must be provided in a way that is most appropriate
and suitable for these individual in order to achieve that requires knowledge on the basis of needs
of that individual. Further, it has been evaluated that dementia mainly affects older people but
still there are nearly 10 million new cases every year who are suffering from this disorder thus, it
is necessary to have better cure and treatment for this disease that can be possible through
implication of health integrated technology and better innovation in health care sector (Raphael,
Bryant and Rioux, 2019).
CONCLUSION
In accordance with above easy it can be concluded that an integration between capitalist
