The Capstone institute of management is known for its best education and support system
provided to students. The teachers are very experienced, they know many things regarding the
subjects. They extend their support to help the student anytime. I was able to develop a more
strategic mindset towards the world. The institute helped me in seeing the wider picture of the
competitive professional world. I gained a variety of knowledge from various subjects that were
taught by experts. I shall be able to practically use each of the learned skills in the world of
business (Allahar, & Sookram, 2018). They don’t believe in following old methodology rather
they prepare the student for the dynamic world by equipping each one with modern technical
skills.
I was able to learn the efficiency of giving presentations and making a report from this
presentation. I was able to design the strategies in giving the audience an engaging presentation
and learn business communication. The major skill learned was to solve issues and critically
provide solution to complex problems. They course is structured for the development of business
students (Larsen, Gjerding, & Kringelum, 2019). I gained competencies in critical thinking,
negotiation, critical problem solving, and people management based on which the competency is
built.
I would recommend the students to go for this institute as they teach how to take correct
decision making in a business model. Capstone is known for not only providing knowledge but
also prepares you with practical business skills. The institute teaches recent theories that produce
competent leaders. The lessons learned changes the attitude towards a more serious and better
person. Finally, they are capable of building a great equipped business person for the modern
industrial outlook.
