INTRODUCTION
Gender pay gap is the acknowledges that woman and man are not equal and that gender
affects on the person's living experience. These deviations comes from the differentiation in
biology , social norms and psychology.
This report will study about Gender pay gap in the workplace of Captify company. This
report will conduct research project on this report and it will conclude proposal of the task . This
report will also analysis the PMP ( project management plan ) and work breakdown structure in
this project. It will also conduct Research methodology on the research project and it will
conclude questionnaire, data analysis finding and recommendation and in the end reflection of
this project.

Background of research;
The Gender pay gap or gender earnings gap is the normal differences between the
earnings for the men and woman who are doing job in an organization. In many organization
female workers get fewer salaries as compare to the male workers.
Aim:
To overcome from the “gender pay gape: in the Captify company, so they can create
working environment in the company and increase productivity of the company. A examination
on Captify UK.
Objectives:
To articulate the impact of “Gender pay gap” on workplace discrimination.
To investigate the ways that aids to overcome workplace Gender pay gap and makes
supportive working situations.

Research methodology
Research methodology is the perticular procedure and proper technique used to
determine, process, choice and analysis data about a topic (Wiek and Lang., 2016). In the

There are two types to researches, qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative research
methods focus on meaning and words while the quantitative method focus on the statistics and
numericals. This report will choose qualitative method to conduct this research project.
Research approach: Deductive and inductive
There are plans which helps to collect the data, analyse and interpretation of the data.
There are two kinds of concepts which are Deductive and inductive. Descriptive research gather
data without controlling any variables, while inductive approach concerned with the theories to
collect data and their aim is to generate new theory based data. This project will choose
inductive method.

There are two type of information and data collection method which are used to run
research project. Primary and secondary. Primary researches are new and fresh research data
collected by the researcher while secondary data is already collected by the others researchers
use this data for this project as well.
Sampling : Random sampling- 30 employees
Sampling is the activity which is used in the statistical analyses in which a preset
numbers of observations are taken from the bigger universe or population. This report will use
random sampling method and select 30 employees to conduct this research project.

make the project management plan, so they can successfully conduct the researches on their

need to the researchers, times will take in the project and in the end quality of the project.

It is important for the researchers of this task should figure out the estimated cost of the
whole project. They will need money for the researches and make proper plaining for their
project. Without calculated estimated cost of the project researchers cannot be successful in their
project they show know where they will need money and how much (Auspurg, Hinz and Sauer.,
2017). this is also part of the research project and play necessary role. This project on the

this project successful.
Risk
There are some risk can be faced by the researchers during the collection of information
about their project. Information collected by the researchers can be wrong and manipulated
which can make their project unsuccessful and their data will not be correct. It is important for
the researchers to use proper sources of the data collection and it will be better they use face to
face interview to conduct their research so data collected by the researchers will be accurate.

production is minimized, and they are satisfied.

This project will help the students to conduct the researches, and they will understand

skills to make any successful research project. Scope of this project is to overcome from the

employees can be motivated and give their best to achieve goals and objectives of the Captify

Time
It is important for the researchers to calculate estimated time to complete their project, so
they can complete their project with the time management and solve their problem in proper
time. Times is important they should decide a particular time to conduct the project , time to
implement in the workplace and the final feedback of the project time. A mn0rm,al project need
time of 8 weeks in which this all is included so it should be finished within 8 weeks of time.
Quality
Quality is the one of treble constants of the time period, quality and cost. It is important
for the researchers to understand that if they need better quality project than they will need
proper time for their project and cost as well (Basias and Pollalis., 2018). Because of the inbuilt
nature of the quality of the project's production the quality level should be estimated when the
plaining of the project.

A work breakdown structure is the transportation or the oriented hierarchical
decomposition of the activity to be executed by the companies project group to achieve their
project goals and objectives and make the needed deliverables. A WBS is the cornerstones of
the impressive project controlling, reporting , executing, supervising. This all contained within
the work breakdown structure is to be find out, scheduled and fund.
The work breakdown structure is used to make to establish to understand the scope of the
project. This is a Hierarchical form of the should be done to right-down the deliverable of the
project. Every downward level of the work breakdown structure represent an progressively
detailed statement of the task deliverables (Bennedsen and et.al.,2019). The first two level of the
work breakdown structure determine as a set of formed outcomes that jointly and entirely shows

discoveries are taken from a large group. Researcher of this study has taken 30 employees to
conduct this researches (Graf, Brown and Patten., 2018). And they select employees randomly.
There were 30 employees who give their answer in the questionnaire, and they get positive and
negative both result from this study. Employees who participated in this study was randomly
selected and which was right method to get accurate information and the solution as well. This
makes this study successful and researcher able to achieve their objectives and their goals of this
