facing the issue of delay in operations of
booking system, management issues of
vehicle, and price calculation. All these have
impacted in forming the issues in improved
operations of the organization. The
organization wants to overcome the problems
and implement a new technology for
implementing improved operations.
Implication of new technology
The implementation of the software for
management of the information and data
related to the car parking system. The analysis
had been done for ensuring that the

2.1 Method of Information Gathering
Information collection is helpful for the deployment of the improvement of the operations
and formation of the activities for aligning with the management of the successive management
of the operations. The information gathering for the project of Sydney car rental project for
developing Car Data Management System can be done by using questionnaire, survey, and
interviews. These are the methods of primary data collection for forming the analysis and

inference of the study. The past records and reports can also be studied for gathering information
for the project.
2.2 Risks and Constraints of the Project
The various risks for the project of Sydney car rental project for developing Car Data
Management System is based on the operations and development factor are,
a. Delay in completion: There are several cases when the project does not meets its
expected deadline due to the delay in completion of the activities and it results in
causing major issue for time driven projects.
b. Cost Overrun: The cost overrun results in causing the loss of the organization in
development of the project and it is caused when the activities of the project
would not be completed in the estimated budget.
c. System Development Issue: The development of system is the final deliverable
