customers for this new business will be the businesspersons and working personnel. Such people
use cars for their transportation. They face many issues after some years of purchasing vehicles.
They rarely find great car services from the different enterprises operating in the industry.
Therefore, the small business will offer outstanding service to this target customer group and
retain customers for a longer period.
The business model for this small business will be a retailer, as the venture will directly serve to
customers. No intermediaries will be present between the service providers and customers. It will
result in offering direct and effective service to customers.
