3. To reduce the effects of GHG gases, government should undertake responsibilities to manipulate
more cogeneration plants thus replacing the use of carbon richen fossil fuels use.

The case study can hereby concluded that the BC GHG determined set of laws emphasizes a number of
points set for the public sector organization that they must follow:
• Wood emissions ought to be accounted as only BioCO2 emissions, where there is no equilibrium need.
• If the overall production results in only 1% of emissions, then it can be considered as Bio-energy
source.
All the resources that is not included in the public sector organization will not be taken into
