This literature review summarizes the results of articles related to cardiovascular rehabilitation (CRP). Initially, 150 studies were screened, with 23 meeting the inclusion criteria after database searches in Google Scholar, PubMed, and Medline, involving a selection process based on titles, abstracts, and table of contents. The review encompasses various study designs, including mixed methodology, qualitative analysis, systematic scoping reviews, and randomized control trials. Key findings highlight the importance of exercise and education in primary cardiac care, with consideration for factors like patient depression, as noted by Bhagwat et al. (2016). Effective CRP development requires interactive sessions with healthcare professionals, as suggested by Banner et al. (2015), and lifestyle changes, including diet and physical activity, as emphasized by Butland et al. (2019). Psychological factors also play a significant role in the success of CRP.
