2BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING
Introduction
The people of the present times are subjected to a diverse range of diseases as well as
illnesses which are not only affecting the condition of their lives but at the same time are
threatening their lives in a significant manner (Myers et al. 2015). One of the major illnesses
which is threatening the lives of the modern human beings are the diverse kinds of cardio-
vascular disorders which not only affect the normal heart functioning of the human beings but
at the same time affect the life span of these individuals in a significant manner (Pandya et al.
2015). It is a reflection of this particular fact that diverse kinds of health care organizations
have emerged in the present times which not only help the patients to recover from these
kinds of disorders but at the same time help them in a significant manner to deal with these
cardio-vascular illnesses. This paper will discuss about the intended health care organization
which I would be setting up to provide cardio-vascular disorder treatment services to the
patients and its related aspects.
Intended Organization: A Brief Overview
The intended organization which would be set up from the fund that I am likely to
receive from my uncle Jimmy will mainly focus on addressing the diverse health care needs
of the people who are suffering the diverse kinds of cardio-vascular disorders like heart
problems, circulatory problems, hypertension, stroke and others. The intended organization
will collect a team of expert professional health care experts from the diverse parts of the
nation and will at the same take the help of the diverse kinds of innovations and the recent
advancements made in the genre of the treatment of the cardio-vascular diseases. Initially, I
would set up one clinic in one of the location of Melbourne and depending on the success that
I achieve with this particular center I have plans to open up various clinics in the other parts
of the nation as well.

Products and Services
The primary aim of the health care organization which I want to establish is to
provide effective health care treatment services to the patients who are suffering from the
diverse kinds of cardio-vascular disorders. It is significant to note that one of the major
problems that the various patients, who are suffering from the diverse kinds of cardio-
vascular disorders is the fact that they do not get adequate amount of access to effective
treatment facilities (Adler et al. 2015). There are two primary reasons for this particular
factor, namely, firstly, because of the expensive nature of these treatment facilities and
secondly, because of the lack of the knowledge of the patients (Virani et al. 2015). Thus, the
goal of the intended organization will not only be to provide cost effective treatment facilities
to the patients who are suffering from diverse kinds of cardio-vascular problems but at the
same time to make them aware regarding the various kinds of health care facilities that are
available to them. It is with this particular objective that I would collect a team of health care
professionals who would aspire to provide the best possible cardio-vascular treatment
facilities to the patients. In addition to this, the clinic would at the same time take the help of
the recent innovative treatment measures with the objective to provide the best quality
treatment facilities to the patients and that too at a very affordable price.
The intended health care organization while delivering cost effective cardio-vascular
health care treatment services to the patients will at the same time provide diverse kinds of
products to the patients which would in fact help them to fight against these disorders in the
most effective manner. This is important since the majority of the times it is seen that the
patients fail to get access to effective treatment devices inspite of the fact that they are
relatively cost effective because of lack of information or knowledge (Record et al. 2015). It
is a reflection of this particular fact that the concerned organization would provide various
kinds of pacemakers, blood circulation measuring devices and others. In addition to these, the

concerned health care organization will at the same time provide various kinds of surgical
support to the patients as well. Furthermore, the intended organization at the same time would
also provide various kinds of post-surgical therapy sessions as well as rehabilitation sessions
to the patients as well. It is significant to note that the majority of the present day health care
organizations fail to provide post-surgical assistance to the patients and the intended health
care organization aspires to overcome these limitations of the health care organizations (Latib
et al. 2015).
Funding and Resources
The major funding of the intended health care organization will be derived from the
funding which I have received from my uncle Jimmy. It is significant to note that the national
governments of the various nations of the world like Australia are coming with effective
plans to improve the health care system of their nation and also the health care facilities
which are available to the concerned by means of providing enhanced level of funding to the
private health care organizations (Go et al. 2014). Thus, I would at the same time like to avail
the deficit funding from the national government of Australia for the establishment of this
particular health care organization.
Mission and Vision
The mission of the health care organization which I am intending to establish would
be to provide cost effective health care treatment services to the people of the concerned
nation who are suffering from various kinds of cardio-vascular disorders. The organization
would at the same time seek to educate the patients about the manner in which they could
mitigate the adverse effects of these disorders. The vision of the organization would be the
creation of a nation wherein the adverse effects of the diverse cardio-vascular diseases would

be mitigated in a significant manner and also the number of deaths on the score of this
particular disease would be reduced in a significant manner.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the various cardio-vascular disorders have become one of the most
common ailments which the people of the present times are experiencing in the present times.
Furthermore, these disorders not only affect the normal health of the people who are suffering
from it but at the same time limit the physical activities and others performed by them in an
adverse manner as well. Thus, the mitigation of this particular problem is of paramount
importance and it is with this particular intention that I would establish my own health care
organization which would especially cater to the needs of the patients who are suffering from
various kinds of cardio-vascular diseases.
