Operations: This benchmark is used by non profit organisations to make sure that the

Issues and weaknesses which were identified

issues for it in future. It is very important for higher authority of the corporation to formulate
effective plan to deal with them so that long run goals could be achieved. The weakness and
issue which were identified are as follows:
One of the main weakness of the organisation is that the financial which is reinvested for
the purpose of fundraising for future perspective is very low as compare to the percentage

The issue which was identified while analysing Care Australia is that the funding in year
2018 is being decreased as compare to previous years. It may result in more problems
such as in appropriate execution of plans due to lack of funds for the organisation in
future (Mansfield, 2014).
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it has been concluded that non profit organisations such as Care
Australia are operating their activities for the purpose of social welfare. The analysis is
significant because it helps to provide detailed information regarding Care Australia, it major
areas of operations, the data which is used to conduct the analysis etc. Along with this, it also
provides information regarding different benchmark measures and issues or weaknesses which
were identified while conducting the analysis. The analysis states that four main benchmark
measures are utilised so that detailed information could be gathered for it. These are financial,
processes, government and operation. With the help of all of them the analysis is conducted and
data is analysed. In order to identify the issues which are affecting the operational activities it is
very important to analyse all of them in detail. This analysis is conducted for same purpose so
that the issues which are currently impacting business and result in unfavourable situation in
future could be identified appropriate strategies could be formed for the purpose of their
resolution.
The main issue which may affect the organisation is continuous reduction in funds for the
organisation. The corporation have an opportunity to make improvement in it by formulating
strategies to attract investment for the business. For example, top level executives can take
initiative to cover new area where highest requirement of help. It will help to spread awareness
regarding the concept of Care Australia which may result in interest of different new trustees
who may will to be the part of such organisation. With the help of it the weakness of less
investment in the activities of fundraising could also be dealt properly.
