1 Introduction
Main objective of this project is to provide the implementation plan for refurbishment of
the organization care room because the care room owner asked user to organise the
refurbishment of the one of the care rooms for a single age care resident. So, user needs to
provide the implementation plan for care rooms.The implementation plan is maintain a
positive experience, clearly communicate and consult with all stakeholders. The Project
implementation is done by using the Microsoft Project 2016. These are will be implemented
and discussed in detail.
2 AT1 Project
This project implement the existing care room to organise the refurbishment of the one
of the care rooms for a single age care resident. Because, the existing care rooms has
following issues (A guide to the project management body of knowledge, 2017).
From Staff,
1. Unaware of legal obligations
2. Conflict handling difficulty
3. Stressed and confused and feel they have not been kept up to date with information.
For Builders,
1. Insufficient Barriers
2. Residents/clients seeking information from them
3. Lack of wastage bins and space.
4. Unrealistic time frames set by the organization
From Clients,
1. Have a wastage issues, noise and dust.
2. Diverse languages and clients do not understand the information they have received
3. Upset at delays to having the dining room back to normal operations
4. Unsure who is in charge as to satisfy a complaint
And, this project include some conditions such as,
Refurbishment completion of Budget is $40,000 including repainting of resident room
EST $4000, replacement and removal of old build in furniture EST $20000 and old or
damage equipment replacement EST%15000.
The resources are included in budget (Biafore, 2013).

Main objective of this project is to provide the implementation plan for refurbishment of
