INTRODUCTION
The main aim of this report is to analyze the overall performance of the organization.
Performance evaluation is really important to know the accurate conditions of the organization.
The evaluation of the company involves organizational structure, vision, mission, training, goals
and objectives. There are different approaches used by the organizations to enhance the
performance of the employees and improving the team work (Moore et al., 2015). With the
help of effective team work the organization can attain the goals and objectives easily. This
report is mainly focusing on the health care sector where the level of competition is increasing
day by day.
For understanding the different elements of performance evaluation the report is choosing
Care. It is a British company of health and social care which provide health services and facilities
to the patients and clients. The company works with councils, Clinical Commissioning Groups
and doctors for delivering accurate services to the customers according to their needs. The
organization was founded in 1997 as Anglia Secure Homes in 1982 and the head office is
situated in UK. There are approximately 10,000 employees are working in the organization
(Moore et al., 2015). All the employees get money for their efforts. Mainly they provide
treatments for mental illness and learning disabilities. It is a national organization which is
having sub offices in different countries.

MISSION STATEMENT
The main aim of the organization is to provide support to the needy people who are facing the
mental illness and health issues. The organization wants to enhance their area for providing
their services worldwide (Hicks et al., 2015). The trust follows their values and respects their
clients and their feelings. Their mission is ‘fulfilling lives’ and their each employee is working on
it to achieve this every day.
ORGANIZATION’S VISION
Care UK wants to become the leading independent health care organization that provides
health services to their clients. Their main aim is providing support and care to those people
who are suffering from any kind of life events. They mainly provide their health facilities to
those peoples who are facing mental illness and problem of disability. The Care UK works on
the policy that says “together we make things better” (Hicks et al., 2015).
For achieving their goals and targets they are adopting different approaches and techniques of
management. Apart from this they motivate their employees to improve their performances.
Apart from this, it has been observed that the company is following all the rules and policies of
the government which is made for the health care sector. Follow up of legal principles can be
helpful in achieving the targets effectively (Thelwall, 2016).
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
Care UK is having strong organizational structure which is accurately managed by the manager
of the organization. The efforts of each employee contribute a huge amount in the growth and
success of the organization. The organization has been adopted the philosophy of care which is
helpful in enhancing the health awareness in peoples. The central focus of our philosophy of
care is to promote the well-being in peoples (Vedung, 2017). They are working on providing
comfortable environment to their employees and patients so that they can feel better in the
working place. They are adopting the supportive working environment in order to provide
accurate care and support to the Staffs. Apart from this the organization is maintaining equality

The Care UK adopts the ethical approaches in order to maintain the quality of their services and
treatment. The ethical model is helpful in maintaining accountability and trust in the
organization by which the conflicts and problems can be reduced.
ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT
There are different principles and policies followed by the organization in order to maintain the
daily operations of the organization. The follow up of accurate policies and principles will be
really helpful in providing satisfactory treatments to the patients. It has been found that the
employees are facing the problem of coordination due to the lack of communication (Pyrczak
and Tcherni-Buzzeo, 2018). This problem can be solved with the help of using different styles of
communication. The manager of Care UK has adopted different theories and approaches in
order to improve the existing performance of the employees.
Divisional structure is adopted by Care UK which is helpful in managing the services of the
organization. This model is really helpful in managing discipline and coordination between the
employees. It is known as the most effective model to manage the operations accurately. This
structure is helpful in taking appropriate decisions for the organization. Apart from this, the
different types of situations can be handled with the help of using divisional structure.
Health belief model is adopted by Care UK which is really helpful in providing accurate
treatments and services to the patients according to their needs. This is helpful in changing the
behavior of the employees in positive manner (Van Dam et al., 2018). The main aim of adopting
this model is to understand the health issues of the patients. Care UK is adopting this model for
promoting the good behavior in health care organization so that the patients and clients will be
treated accurately and equality by the health care providers.

progress of the employees and the different areas which need to be improve (Moore et al.,

the employees for improving their performance. There are different training sessions and

training to the employees and health care providers so that they can deal with the patients

the organization. The management hierarchy is based on the divisional function and can be
directed with the health belief model in order to understand the working prospects and health
of the patients that are admitted to the Care UK hospital (Pyrczak and Tcherni-Buzzeo, 2018). It
has been evident that the teamwork of the organization is the key strength but it has lacked in
some areas such as while maintaining the confidentiality of the patients. Therefore, the
significant change in the functioning of the organization has been taken place. This has direct
on the effective training regarding the changes and updating the effective functioning structure
of the organization.
Care UK can progressively meet the objectives and aims that are directed to improve the
performance of the staff at the workplace. This can extensively add benefit to the organization
performance and improve their image in the borough councils. The key aim of the organization
is set to provide the effective well-being and services that can meet with the project success.
