In every organisation it is important that skill in every employees must be present in
order to accomplish all the task and objectives of organisation. Further, it defined as transferable
skills required by an individual in order to make them employable (Andrews, G. and Russell, M.,
2012). Along with that one must posses good technical skills and understanding in relation to
particular subject that employer expect in their employees. Proper training and development
events must be organised by company in order to enhance talent and ability among workforce.
Under this assignment the company which is preferred i.e. Care UK home care that provides
comfort care homes, GP services and treatment services for NHS. The main objective is to
provide treatment to mentally disabled people and educate them for their rights. Further, it
discuss about the solutions related to work based problems, identifying different management
strategies, tools and methods used for solving problems and also evaluate potential impact at the
time of implementing strategy.

As the leader of this organisation I have to deal with all conflicts and issues between employer
and employees, teamwork, coordination, effective communication, leadership, creative
innovation and compliance of all legal laws so that operation of management conducted in
appropriate manner. Further maintaining good team work allow us to achieve mutual objectives
among different departments. In order to create awareness among target audience regarding all
services I need to plan for the proper use of all marketing tools and techniques, expanding
branches at different geographical location so that needy people avail all types of services related
