Retail sector is fast growing as well as have large part in development of economy.
My interest area is in retail sector as a get job opportunity of merchandise administrative
assistant. In this my job role will be planning product range, stock, maintaining proper record
of data, managing training of new staff, working closely with other team to carry out
planning,building awareness of competitors move, gathering information on customers and
many more. Along with this, there is requirement of several skills such as problem solving,
self motivated, flexible, communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, sale skill,
computer skills and so on. This project will going to conduct personal analysis as well as on
the basis of that career action plan will be developed which include CV.

important role in development of economy at wide level. I want to work as an Merchandise
Administrative Assistant in retail sector in that there are several job roles which i have to

training of new staff, working closely with other team to carry out planning, building
awareness of competitors move, gathering information on customers and many more. For
performing these activities there is requirement of numerous skills as well as knowledge like
problem solving, self motivated, flexible, communication, interpersonal skills, customer

good in every skills so for determining that In what skills i am good or not I will conduct
personal analysis. It is an framework by using which individual can do own analysis for
identifying their strengths and weakness. Along with this, through personal analysis area will
also identify which require to be develop. Explanation of these are as follows :-
Problem solving: This ability is required in each activity as issue emerges in each

that too vis-à-vis. I am not good in solving problem so i have to work on my problem
