Introduction
To make personal analysis for the growth of own success in future having selected career
plan as it will help and make analysis of new market trend which are needed to be related and
make growth of effective action plan which are need for the growth of the student. The
chosen career path for my growth and success in assessment 1 is teaching assistant. As I have
completed all my research work to make and analysis the trend and future of the growth to
work in an effective manner (Alexander, 2018). Different skills which are needed to work in
the chosen profession is collaboration, communication, leadership and many more knowledge
to become the success full teacher in the effective career path. With the help of teaching
assistant are related to make sure for the growth in market to work and manage the growth in
future. This report will related to the growth of my own personal analysis, career research
plan and an analysis of CV and LinkedIn profile.

This is the technique which help the other to work and manage the daily lifestyle of
the person growth and make avability and make sure to work and manage the growth,
weakness, strength and strong experience. Further it will be helpful in managing and growth
of the person to work in their profession life to their academic life. This is an important
source of growth and manage to work and different skills, experience and knowledge are
needed to make a success in the effective growth and development (Kitagawa and Aoyama,
2018). The need of personal analysis is helpful and essential to make growth in effective
management planning for their own sake and growth. In this section, skills, knowledge,
growth, strength and weakness and an overview of the carer. Further different job
responsibilities which are related to make growth of the individual.
Skills needed in future: The profile of teaching assistant needed to be high improved
and make sure to manage their needed in academic life of the many students. The major skills
which are needed to be more effectively needed in this profession are collaborative skills,
communication and leadership ti work on the appropriate knowledge to become the
successful teacher. A teacher must be needed appropriate knowledge which are related to
their own subject and make effective communication skills to earn the growth of a students.
Further some major skills like, situational analysis, critical thinking, decision making and

important assets.
Experience and knowledge required: In many of the school, the experience is the
foremost thing which are needed in the school. The practical knowledge in the teaching line
is the most appropriate way. Further to the graduate student, they needed more effective hard
working strength, to gain more knowledge in the different theoretical knowledge. For the
fresher the experience which can be gain through different volunteering and apprenticeship
programme. I tried to develop my experience from teaching my junior and work with them to
understand the nature of the student and teacher relationship in the practical manner. All of
this knowledge are helpful in gaining more effective and growth in market and need to
analysis the behaviour and growth in amazing quality (Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann,
2018). This will be effective and growth in the achievement in high competitive market
growth. All of these skills and knowledge are required for the growth and achievement in the
profile to make sure and work as per the need and demand of the student and their parents.
Due to covid-19 most of the school are providing online classes so teacher must have the
knowledge of that learning style.
Strength and weakness: The major strength for this profession is basically related to
more knowledge, passion, dedication and major commitment towards the goal and growth of
the student without doing any discrimination will be able to make more effective teacher
assistant. Further I tried to make sure for improving more own strength in better way which
are helpful in managing and growth in the future perspective (Trent, 2017). I needed to
improve further some more skills which are helpful for me to work and make sure to analyses
which include leadership, more knowledge of technologies and make communication with
other colleagues and students to work in more effective way. All is helpful for me to
understand the knowledge and make growth in the opportunity after facing the pandemic
issue.

and Schulenberg, 2019). Their main task is to support the children in different manner
including their curriculum activities including studies like maths, reading and writing.
Providing their extra time with the student and make them perfect to manage the growth in
the student life. Further they needed to make a link with teacher and children which are
helpful for the growth of the students.

and growth in the management activities which are certainly helpful for making effective
