Introduction
This report will cover the personal analysis of my current skills, knowledge and experience. It
will measure my strength, weakness. It will help me to show my opportunity, which improves
my professional skills and explore my future growth. This report will need to work on
personal analysis in which I will describe myself thoroughly. It includes my experience, my
current knowledge, my nature and behaviour and my future goals. I will highlight those who
will help in achieving my future goals. For this purpose, I will need to develop a proper
career action plan in which I described my goals with the deadline. I will be discussed along
with the benefits also. For achieving my future, I need to develop a striking Curriculum –
Vitae (CV) by which employer can easily estimate my skills for a particular job role. Also, I
will establish an account on LinkedIn so that I will easily connect with the professional
individual.

Personal Analysis
I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person. If I set any goal, I will dedicate towards
achieving that specific goal by 100%. I understand that in life, everything is connected so
work hard to make a milestone. My altruistic behaviour promotes me not to argue with
someone because it will lead to anger only. I mostly used the facts and figure by which I can
easily prove my point easily with evidence. I am a very calm person who listens to everybody
carefully and then responds politely. I am a modest person who will be happy with other
success; instead of jealousy I appreciate their efforts (Mulyadi, Syahrizal, and Patrisia.,
2019).
According to my opinion, a person should learn from other achievements. I am passionate
about solving the problem and always improved my currents skills. I analysed myself and
measured that I lack some skills in myself, such as descriptive words, practical and logical
aspects. I need to work according to reasonable and useful because it helps to make an
effective and efficient result. For the growth of professional development, I always keen to
accept new things, and I encourage myself to achieve or learn something new.
I am a fitness freak, and according to my opinion, if your health is right, you are highly
motivated towards your job responsibilities. I am not a technology addict so that I am not
aware of technology, but I want to accept the knowledge if I get from some reliable source. I
speak multilingual English. It helps to interact with foreign or international clients (Hughes,
Kinder, and Cooper., 2019). Project designing course helps me to how to deal with various
projects and recommend me to what mistakes or errors should not be repeated.
Currently, I am a self-employed as a courier person who has various responsibilities which
are started from the planning of the next day, and I download every morning a manifest of
parcels and my work. After this, I scanned all the respective details which include the route of
destination, the deadline of courier etc. I always kept in my mind that deadline and company
guideline will always be followed because company policy creates for the support of
employees and its customer. My contracts deal with the PCV driver who can provide the
transportation service to the courier man. My experience taught me various aspects of
professionalism, my experienced as a salesman in Fridge Spares Wholesale Ltd. I will

regularly be a part of the meeting with the staff of stores who provide the product for selling.
The stock opened in the morning and end with the evening (Hartung, and Santilli., 2018).
I managed my work accordingly so that my job not to be faced with any delay. As a
salesman, my responsibilities expanded as per the time. I was regularly analysing the stock in
stores and sale by which I can estimate the total selling from my side. I have done my job
there for around three years. From the organization, I learned so many skills which enhance
my career in better growth. I build my confidence and take a step towards self-employment.
For this, I need to do work hard, but now I am proudly saying that my skills are currently
working out. Motivation, inspiration and support by the family.
I need to fulfil their expectations. My confidence is not so high, due to this; I am unable to
perform such tasks. Confidence will make my career grow. I am satisfied with my job, but I
have a keen interest to develop some more skills like computer-based knowledge, self-
motivation, making descriptive words etc. I will improve my career in the perfect direction.
This job makes me a professional individual who is aware of and responsible for its duties.
The daily routine followed by me, and I always try something which can reduce the efforts
and pressure of my job. If my ability is to doing work, require more than eight hours. I started
from the early in the morning by which I can reduce save my evening time (van der Horst.,
2019).

Career Action Plan
I am efficient in problem solving skills, which develop this aim (CEO Secretary) .I should
move in this direction too. I need to focus son my communication and attractive personality.
As a secretary of CEO, you have to strong problem solving in which you can easily identify
the alternative or solution for a specific task. I know how to control emotions in the
professionalism.
I need to develop some skills are, from the CEO, I will be the representative of the
organization. In communication, I need to work on verbal and written both communications.
It is the responsibility of the secretary to write every note from the CEO desk. I need to
discuss further development and improvement areas in the respective departments. I need to
conclude the overall aspect before implementation. I should work on time management skills
because I need to plan or schedule of significant activities which are done in the organization
or by the organization. I learned how to allocate time gaps between the next meetings and
events. My focus area is strategic planning, in which I will how to implement the new or
innovative strategy in the company. I am not much aware of the technology, but as a
secretary, I will start learning about technology because there are the one which reduces the
human effort (Bordelois, Mustelier, and Zevallos., 2018).
I must take the experience from the start-up in which I learned the job role of secretary, and
in the consistency, I start distance learning for the same field. I will show my skills for
managing the resource properly and maintain the timescale between activities which is
emphasized by the company. I will try to achieve the company goal. My personal goal forces
me to accomplish the objective as a secretary (Kenny., Blustein, and Meerkins., 2018).

What are the benefits of achieving the goals?
The communication skills enhance my confidence in front of the audience and colleagues. I
can easily communicate or interact with them and put my view in front of them.
I will try to grasp each opportunity, which enhances my time management skills because, as a
secretary, I need to develop plans, scheduling of events.
The CV is an underlying representation. It needs to be attractive by which analyser can easily
understand my experience and skills. It helps to make a final judgement from myself.
By LinkedIn profile, I can connect professional individuals who belong to the same field. I
read their experience and implement on myself. I will help to enhance my professional
growth.
