INTRODUCTION
It is important for an individual to focus on individual personal goals and objectives
so that it is easier to carry out the other activities in proper manner (Happ, 2020). Main
purpose of this report is to be aware about personal analysis and career action plan. I am from
the marketing background and I have found and identified a new job opportunities in our
digital marketing field. In this field few skills and knowledge is required, such as technical
non-technical, use of tools like SEO, SMO, Google AdWords and Google analytics etc. This
report help in understanding the importance of correction plan as well as self-own analysis
and how it impact upon mind-set as well as goals.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis-
It is critically essential for me too to be aware about my own personal analysis so that
it is easier for me to use identify the job opportunity in most efficient manner. It is also
necessary to focus on strength and weakness of those skills so that they can be applied in
appropriate way (Hartung, 2018).

My main strength is that I have good
communication skills which are used
by me and which are also beneficial
for my growth and development in
both current as well as future time

background which is a plus point for
me and I am considered as the

Further important strength is that I
have an effective presentation skills
on the basis of which I am capable of
making understandable others my
point of view and decisions in correct

One of my most important
weaknesses is that due to my
overconfidence I sometimes entered
into stage of overthinking. This
creates a problematic situation for me
and to my job.
It is difficult for me to manage the
task and prioritise them accordingly.
Due to this my time management
skills are poor which needs
improvement.

The biggest opportunity which I can
grab is that by entering into this
digital marketing field I can explore
use of more new technologies which
are beneficial for career growth and
are useful accordingly.
Furthermore opportunity is that
digital marketing gives platform
where I can deal with new people and
also improve my skills as well as
knowledge at higher scale.
Threats
The competition level in digital
marketing has increased due to which
I have to compete with my friends
and colleagues which have a negative
impact on my both personal as well as
professional relations.
Another threat is that in this field use
of technology in software changes
with rapid scale based on the
company's requirement so in order to
get the new employee ability i have to
learn new technologies accordingly.
Career action plan
Career action plan is defined as a written document which is used by individual to
analyse and determine the goals which is to be completed how and at what time scale. It is
important for a person to conduct this plan in most efficient manner so that difference can be
undertaken in proper considerations (Heaton, 2019). Main benefit of this planning is that it
helped me out in implementing the strategies and decisions of my goals and how they can be
achieved in a systematic procedure.
