INTRODUCTION
Career action plan helps individual in focusing on professional growth by the selected
ways. Report highlight about personal analysis of a person in reflective ways. It also describes
action plays that design by person for future endeavours. After that person’s Curriculum vitae is
created for applying in different company and in the end LinkedIn profile created which can help
person for searching jobs and applying job. CW1 explains that person have good marketing skills
and can have future in it. Individual work in different firm and able to build good communication
skills as well as maintain good customer relation which are qualities of market. Person remains
motivated towards works and do not afraid of upcoming challenges which again impact on
professional growth in marketing firm. Safety and security while driving is another priority and
hence working in a marketing field required it as most of time have to visit different places.
Person has Time management skills which help in increasing customer satisfaction level by
providing product as well as services on time. Working in team by equal participation and
contribution is another quality which can help individual in project relating to marketing which
required team work.

Personal Analysis
I have different types of skills that develop during work or academic such as time
management skills which helps me in reaching to customers and setting my priorities. During my
academic life able to build team management skills which support while working in a group. I
always assist to people as well as describe my opinion carefully so that it cannot become
objection for the other. Problem skills very effective of me and its helps me in resolve various
types of project issue on time and hence improve image in front of senior and hence able to gain
trust others. However, there are number of skills which required for me to grow such as have to
more develop tech and media skills which is required for changing business as most of marketing
work perform on social platform such as Facebook, Instagram, You tube etc. and it helps me in
attracting customers easily and accomplishing my target (Gould, 2017). I also have to focus on
SEO skills which are highly used by various marketers in business. It emphasizes on non-paid
engines and hence various types of products and services can be selling on it. However, because
of less training in digital marketing effect on my growth and I need to deal this problem carefully
so that it cannot become barrier in my growth. Most of organisation in country require person

which have multiple knowledge of software relating to field such as marketers must know tools
which can be use for attracting customer online and increase profit share of business. I take too
much time in decision making and hence this skill needs to be addresses on time. There are
number of time when pending decision becomes barrier in my professional growth. Project
management ability need to be developed for changing business as it helps in gaining higher
opportunity at workplace. There are number of places where need to develop my skills such as
decision –making, SEO and project management. There are number of times in my profession
when leaders avoid giving opportunity because of shortage in technical as well as management
skills and even many firm refuse to fire me (Hartung and Vess, 2019). After evaluation in me
able to understand which qualities are lacks in my professionalism and it helps me in framing
strategy to overcome from it. I will take training and development programs for these skills
which help me in getting higher opportunity in firm. I will also take helps from seniors and
friends which have effectively deal this types of challenges and able to overcome. There are
number of online channels which explain strategy and the way which can be used for developing
profession skills and hence will use it for professional growth. I will design personal as well as
professional development plans and work accordingly, it helps me achieving my goals and
developing various types of quality that are required at corporate (Walker‐Donnelly, Scott and
Cawthon, 2019). Globalization need people which have ability of dealing problems by versatile
knowledge and hence I can only hired by them with effective management and technical as well
as other types of quality required by Multinational Company. Project management skills are very
lack and hence it takes lot of effort and experience in overall qualities that are needed for
marketing.
