Introduction
Career research define as one of the crucial aspect, which help an individual to achieve
opportunity after completion of their graduation or qualification as well. In addition to this career
research assist a fresher to analyse the level of interest that in turn help in developing future path
and goals in an effective manner. Career research is important for an individual to gain an insight
about the skills knowledge and capabilities required in order to perform the future job in an
appropriate and effective manner full storm report will cover the personal analysis which consist
of the strength as well as weaknesses related to the specific field. A review of skills, knowledge
and competencies required to attain a port unity according to the interest level is elaborated in a
proper manner. By the assistance of my mentors and through self evaluation, it is determined by
me that my skills is feasible or suitable to perform the activities of human resource sector.
Human resource sector is one of the emerging and most growing sector which allow an
individual to attain higher growth, to learn, and to develop them as both professionally and
personally. It is determined buy me dad interest area is working in human resource sector where
I can apply my skills and knowledge effectively which needs to increase in my productivity and
efficiency to perform the task given to me in my future organization. My skills and competencies
assist me to perform the job role in an appropriate and effective manner.

Personal analysis assist a person to attain knowledge about weaknesses end strength which
help in making improvements of the weaknesses that leads to attainment of growth and
development of personality of a person. Along with this it also help an individual to know about
the various elements then required in order to perform the job and to overcome with the job
issues in an appropriate way.
It is determined by me that to become a good human resource manager one of the
important skill that is needed is communication skills full storm along with this it is significant
for me to have an effective interaction skills that help me in providing the best solution to the
employees which in turn impact on their productivity and efficiency level. it is determined by me
that it is important for an HR to motivate its employees by providing the right incentives at right
time ask it directly effect on there working performance which needs to increase in the

profitability and productivity of my future organization. There are also other different skills
needed for performing the job rule searches flexibility, problem solving conflict management,
time management, optimization of resources, maintaining of relationship and many more.
It is examined by me that I have a good interaction and communication skills and also have the
capability to deal with the conflicts which will help me too maintain good relationship with the
employees and enhance the productivity level. Along with this it also assist Me to provide
effective solution to the higher authorities which help in retaining employees for longer time.
Along with this, I have a good knowledge about the recruitment as well as selection processes or
methods which help me in attracting and selecting the right candidate for the organization who
has the capabilities to perform all the task in a proper way which in turn leads to organization
growth and success. I share my thoughts and opinions to my teachers and mentors of my
University because of which I attain knowledge that I can become a good HR.
My strength
With the help of self investigation, it is a nice by me that I have a good communication
skills that is undertaken as one of my shrink. It will assist me to deal with the employee’s and
maintain a good relationship with them so that they can retain and sustain at the workplace for
longer time period. I also have the knowledge amount recruitment and selection methods that is
important for HR in order to recruit right person who has the potential to perform the job rule
and reach organization towards success and growth. Along with this it is remind by me that I
have the capability to deal with the changes which arise at any period of time full storm it will
help me too resolve the dynamic situations along with the performing of my job responsibilities
properly. It is analyse by me that I have a good team building skills which is required in order to
perform every task associated with the organization. I am a will managed an organised person,
but needed to emphasize or focus on time management and problem solving skill so that I can
finish and perform the activities authorized to me in my coming job in a timely and effective
manner. It assist me to develop both my personal and professional growth. Moreover it will also
help me to create my personality and satisfy the expectations of managers off my future
organization.
My weaknesses
It has been examined by me that I’m not able to perform task under the high pressure that
is considered as one of my major weakness. Along with this, I am not easily resolve the issues as

the assistance of my teachers, friends and mentors I can finish it. I required to focus on my
