Introduction
Career action plan is the plan is the plan which is made of an individual in order to achieve
their gaols and objectives. After the analyses of specific marketing trend, it is important for the
students to identify their skills and knowledge in completing their task and gaols. Career view
point is the helping of a various individual in taking various actions through their life times and
achievement of their own gaols and objectives (Atad, and Grant, 2021). Based in the CW1 it is
identified that human resource department is the most important department of very business.
This is the department who neds to make sure that employees are working in the company
effectively or not. Human resource manager is responsible for managing their task and hiring of
a new and qualified candidate for the company. in this given report there is personal analysis
carried out. Then it consists of career action plan which taken to achieve goals and objectives to
get this profession.

It is seen that person who are making their personal analysis they are focusing on their
actions, gaols, objectives and strength, weakness and opportunities and threats for them. To
make an analysis on the strength and weaknesses, it is known as personal analysis. Analysing on
the strength and weaknesses and opportunities for them results in growing of an individual or a
student who are looking for their future growth (DeMulder, Stribling, and Dallman, 2021). I have
made a Swot analysis for myself in order to analyse my strength and weakness and how could I
convert my weaknesses into opportunities. This will help me in getting better job and looking
attractive for my future profession that is of human resource.

My future profile which I have to focus upon is human resource manager as I have to work
towards the effectiveness for the achievement of this gaols and objectives. I need various skills in
order to develop this profession. In this field the skills which are required by the human resource
manager is communication skills, coaching skills, recruitment and selection skills, organisational
skills, administrative skills and critical listening. Further, I have to focus on problem soling and
