A career view refers to the clear vision of the person where he wants to be and what he
has to do in the future. This makes the person to know about what you aspire to and what
inspires your work life. Job opportunity means the opportunity for the people in order to do the
full and part time job in the companies. This report will outline the personal analysis which
includes the current skills, knowledge, and experiences, related to the both academic and from
the other areas of the life. It will also outline the areas that are needed for development. Further
this report will develop the career action plan which will show both short-term and long-term
actions which are required to prepare for the opportunity of the HR.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
A personal analysis can be done by using the SWOT analysis which makes the person to
know about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This enhances the skills,
knowledge and experience of the individual (Maxwell and et.al., 2020). The personal analysis is
very important as it makes the individual to evaluate and understand their personal skills, values,
priorities, interest and passion. This self-analysis will help the person to gain the clarity and
make the person focus on their weak points and work on the opportunities. This makes the
person to know about themselves and work on the weak and lacking points. The swot analysis of
the person interested in job of Human resource manager (Personal SWOT Analysis to Assess and
Improve Yourself, 2021). The SWOT analysis is very useful tool which helps the HR in order to
have better strategic planning.
Strengths: This factor includes and identify the positive factors of the person in which he
is doing well. It includes the biggest achievements, success and positive personality traits. This
shows the capabilities and expertise of the person in the particular field (Niranjanamurthy,
Nithya and Jagannatha, 2019). It also includes what the person has successfully completed in his
academic or professional career. By having the qualification certificate it makes the person to
have proof about its strengths.

In order to get the job of HR manger I have the strength in order to collaborate and
coordinate with the people, as I am very creative it makes me to work on different projects by
having new and innovative ideas for every project.
My dedication towards my work helps me to get the job of the HR manger and
makes me more energetic in my career.
Weaknesses: The weaknesses are the constraints that makes the person impedes in
getting the success in their career. This discourages the person in order to develop the skills and
knowledge in their career. By knowing the weaknesses the individual should work on their
lacking points (Hallal, HajjHussein and Tlais, 2020).
As I am weak in the skills like time management, self-control and stress and poor
administration skills. These skills are the most required skills in order to get the job of the HR
manager. As HR role is to have the good time management and have good administration in the
organization. The improper time management will decrease the productivity of the company and
poor administration skill will also affect the growth of the organization.
I have to focus on having the more experience and I have also to increase my confidence
while talking with the people in the organization. In lacking in the time management will make
me not to complete the projects on the deadlines.
Opportunities: This factors includes the opportunity which we can get by working on
the particular plan or by having the particular job. This increases the skills and qualities of the
person in the organization (Agyekum, Ansah and Afornu, 2020). The person must grab this
opportunity in order to learn new and innovative things where they are working.
The job of HR manager provides me an opportunity in order to collaborate and
coordinate with such an amazing, talented and creative people having lots of skills and makes me
to work in the excellent organization.
It will also make to get the growth chances and opportunity to work with skilled persons
and builds the strong relations with the staff. This will boost my confidence level, morale,
knowledge and experience in the chosen field while working with the talented and skilled
candidates.
Threats: This includes the factor which may cause harm to the person in order to
develop and enhance its skills. In the current situation of the market it is whether HR or other
post the high confidence, morale and experience is required.

management and administration skills this makes me threat to have my job in danger as company

which includes what do I need to learn, what support and resources will I need, what do I have to
do, how I will measure the success and target date to review. The person should make the
effective action plan in order to accomplish the set goals. A good career action plan will outline
the necessary steps in order to achieve the goals n ad helps the person to achieve the target
efficiently. This includes the weaknesses of the person and make the person to learn those skills
by having the resources and then measure by having the target date (Alfaris, Sauri and Gaffar,
2021). The career action plan is the type of roadmap that will take the person from choosing the
occupation to getting the job with the future. By making this it will make the person to recover
its weaknesses and make their weaknesses into strengths. The person should make the strategies
