Introduction
The following report focuses on career action plan and self reflection. Self reflection is the
procedure of introspection of human and the willingness to know more about their own skills and
nature (Grafakos and et.al 2019). Self reflection is also related to philosophy of mind and how an
individual is aware about their own skills. This report is going to review the personal analysis of
an individual. Which report also includes correction plan along with CV and LinkedIn profile.
Personal analysis
Personal analysis shows the evaluation of current skills and abilities. As it is very necessary for
individual to analyse their own skills and competencies so that they do not have to face any kind
of difficulties in the near future and especially in their career. Personal analysis helps the
individual to determine their own strength potential ability capabilities and weaknesses as well so
that they can overcome such weaknesses and attend their future goals. One of my skill is critical
thinker I have the ability to think rationally and critically and it has benefited me and the entire
future because every company law and Organisation want to work with such employees who can
think critically to a problem and recognise best step to overcome such issues. Critical thinkers are
the one who can bring different solutions of different problems by going into the deep and
provide best outcome to the organisation. It is one of the advantages of mine that I can critically
think about any problem issue and bring best solution. My another skill is teamwork as I am
efficient in working with a lot of people and I do not is any kind of difficulties while working in
a team. As in most of the jobs and specially the organisation employees have to work in a team at
some point and the organisation wants to know that which employee is best among old and can
succeed in teamwork. This skill helped me a lot in the promotions and various incentive offers by
the organisation (Quanz and et.al 2020). When I was working in a team I learnt a lot from my
seniors who have ample of experience and knowledge so this helped me a lot in gaining more
knowledge about the organisation and also about the work how to complete the work on a given
duration I have learnt all this skills by working in a team. So working in the team again good
experience and knowledge which helps me and my career growth apart from this skill will
always help me to overcome any situation and I can resolve conflict among team members as
well because I have experienced of being a team member. But I need to work a lot on various

skills such as I am not good in the organisation and management skill as I am not able to manage
the entire workforce of the organisation so I need to work hard on this scale so that in future if I
get an opportunity to lead a team or to manage all the employees then I can get succeed. Along
with this I need to work on time management skills as I do not have proper time management
skills sometimes I am not able to complete the task on given time duration because I go in for the
information so that it makes the work time consuming and I got delayed on fulfilling the work on
time (Kotzias, 2021). So I need to improve this skill as well. Another skill which I need to work
as communication skill although I am good at communication but I need to improve more so that
I can deliver my thoughts views and suggestions to the other person so that they can understand
what I want to deliver to them. I want to get good command and prevention communication skills
so that in future I need to talk to a lot of people or I need to hold a meeting so that I can easily
communicate with my colleagues. There for need to work on written and verbal communication
so that I can communicate better with people.
Career Action Plan
Career action plan is one of the dynamic procedures which are being followed by people to
analyse their skills and learning (Fiesoli, 2021). Career Action Plan helps the individual to
analyse their goals and it also clarifies the suitable actions which need to be taken by the
individuals to attain such goals and objectives. Career action plan also encourage the people to
participate and their plant activities so that they can attend their goal on time. Action plan is one
of the most effective ways to analyse the goals and how to attain such goals and also overcome
the weaknesses.

So these are the major skills which I need to work. With the help of proper career action plan I
can overcome the organisation and management skill by collaborating with my colleagues along
with this I can create health work life so that I can easily overcome this challenge. Apart from
this my another challenges is to work on the time management skill as due to improper time
management skill I was not able to complete the task within given time duration (Carrer and et.al
2018). So this action plan will help me to improvise this weakness. By starting the work at early
will help me to finish the work within given time duration. Apart from this I will set limit for
each task so that i do not have to waste much time on the completion of single task. Along with
this I can make schedule for each task which will help me to complete the work and task within
the available time duration. If i overcome this challenge then in the future I do not have to face
failure as every organisation wants punctual employee who finish their work within given time
duration and give them best result. Another skill in which I need to work hard is communication
skill which can be done by reading novels, books and newspaper on daily basis. So that i does
not need to waste any opportunity due to communication skill.
