INTRODUCTION
In present time, it has become highly important for a portion to make right career choice
in order to get growth and success in future period of time. For this, there is a requirement to
have the great association between the skills and career choice which has been made by
individual as it helpsin career enrichment in Significant manner (Gibney, 2017). So, it is
important to make right career choice which will lead towards great exposure and growth. In the
present report the career of a primary teacher assistant has been selected significantly. The
present report comprise a detailed personal analysis including bone strength weakness and areas
for the improvement along with an appropriate action plan which would help in terms of
attaining defined career goals in an efficient manner. Moreover, career action plan need to
prepare for ensuring higher growth and success in career in future period of time.
Personal analysis
The personal analysis is defined as the process which includes individual analysing
themselves and their own skills, strength and weaknesses. It helps an individual to have clarity
about their career goals and various opportunities available for them effectively(Brewer, 2018).
Personal analysis enables an individual to know about their strength and weaknesses and steps
that can be taken into consideration in order to overcome their weaknesses and effectively utilize
their strength towards achieving their career goals. In order to evaluate the personal analysis the
SWOT analysis can be taken into consideration as discussed below:

 I have strong interpersonal skills which
are essential for a teacher to understand
others behaviour and also helps in
interacting and communicate with
others effectively.

analytical skills, which helps me in

subject knowledge, can be a weak point

With the help of personal analysis, I am able to know about the areas in which I am good
at and which differentiate me from others. Further, I am also able to identify my weak areas in
which I need to make improvement for enhancing future performance effectively. In addition to
this, I also identify that there is scope to make some improvements in such skills which will
provide me in terms of getting growth opportunities in future period of time. By identifying these
opportunities, I can easily improve my future performance which will assist me in getting
enrichment and growth in professional career. Therefore, with the help of personal analysis I am
able to assess my own performance and make improvements in terms of getting better results in
future period of time.

Career action plan provides a detailed overview about the skills, competencies which will
be required for making curd here end particular domain (Shimoni, Gutentag and Gati, 2019). It
also provides the time frame under which skill set need to be developed for attaining future
