INTRODUCTION
Business organisations basically uses consultants for the purpose to carry out smooth
operations which basically results in offering high profits and profitability. With the business
environment, it basically requires changes which comprises of various strategies and policies for
the purpose to inherit the required changes. With the help of business consultancy it helps and
supports in identification of the threats and the risks so that the employees could feel satisfy at
their work places. With the support of consultancy practices it helps in engaging the employees
for the longer time period which result in supporting the overall organisation or company.
Various skills have been inherited and developed with the support of the consultancies which
basically involves offering high quality services and products. In addition to that, it helps in
creation of a surroundings which is very essential for the achievement of the targets or the goals.
The report basically comprises of the evaluation of the learning and skills development, with
further involvement of the action development plan and reflection on the gaps of the skills.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Discuss the skills which were developed during the previous project
During the project, I have carried out various initiatives for the purpose to manage the
teams for the purpose to manage the activities in a effective manner. Various issues and
problems were critically reviewed by me for the purpose to achieve group targets. Due to the
communication gap, it lead to conflicts and misunderstanding which should be resolved in the
initial stages due to which it affected the over all the projects (Tornikoski and Maalaoui, 2019).
For the proper and effective communication I used to carry sessions and meetings so that
all the group members could share their thoughts and views which result in creating a positive
influence on the project. With the help of group sessions I was able to develop communication
and management skills which helps in transforming the personality. I majorly use to divide the
activities and the tasks as per the expertise of the member in order to save time. With the help of
proper management of activities, it helps in making the project more effective and efficient for
the purpose to satisfy the needs of each and every member. With the help of team management

skills, it helps in accomplishment of the each and every person. With the help of leadership
skills, it helps in having deep understanding about the leadership criteria which plays a very
important role and also supports in development of the skills for the achievement of the targets
(Coe, Wiley and Bekker, 2019).
What are the factors which didn't know in the starting but know now
In the beginning of the projects, it was very tough for me to carry out decisions for the
purpose to complete the project in a effective and efficient manner. With the help of right type
of factors it helps in effectively performing the various operations and plays a very important
role in formulation of the strategic decisions for the objective to achieve the desired aims and
objectives. When it comes to handling technological operations and digital outcomes it become
really tough for me as I was lacking in the IT knowledge and expertise which becomes my
weakness. With the help of right IT tools, it helped a lot in making my project highly cost
effective and helps in easily carrying out my operations and performing critical tasks. With the
support of technology, it helped a lot in providing advanced and innovative tools which could
help in assisting the efforts of the humans in the best possible manner. With the help of IT skills
and decision making skills, I can effectively carry out my operations (Jiang, Newman, Le,
Presbitero and Zheng, 2019).
How much confidence level have been improved
With the help of the project, it helped me a lot in enhancing my overall skills which
comprises of the team management, leadership and communication skills which helps me a lot in
increasing my level of confidence. In addition to that, it helped me a lot in providing
effectiveness and improving the morale for the purpose to manage the projects and the teams in a
effective manner (Hiver, Kim and Kim, 2018). In addition to that, I could easily handle tough
situations and manage my operations in a easy and effective manner and which further supports
me in gaining wider and deeper knowledge regarding my personal and professional career. With
the support of this project, it helped me a lot in improving my communication skills and sharing
ideas and thoughts among my team members. With the help of application of my skills, I was
able to manage the large number of complicated activities which results in positive outcomes and

How these learning can be used in future career
With the completion of my project, I have gained a lot of knowledge which results in
development and growth. With the help of knowledge and skills , I can easily and effectively
establish my own business because I have learnt to perform my operations in a effective manner
which could result in increasing the profits and revenue generation (Rodwin ,2022). In addition
to that, I have developed skills which will assist in management of the diversified members. With
the help of decision making and communication skills, it contributes in future success and
growth. In addition to that, it can help in development of the problems and mistakes from the
operations for the purpose to make the project effective and efficient. With the support of these
skills, I could easily manage the pressure and stress and it will help in satisfying the need of the
members who are working in the team and can result in motivating each member which helps in
contributing their positive efforts for the purpose to achieve the objectives (Zwozdiak-Myers,
2018).
