Introduction
After analysing the specific market trend, skills and knowledge of the business
analyst, it is important for the student to make a successful career action plan which are
suitable and make some ease for the growth of their own future. Career action plan is one of
the important analysis for the growth and achievement of the student to make their career
more intent and reflect on the future success. Career development are very helpful as the
market trend of business analysts are very informative and difficult to have in a student
(Brundiers and et.al., 2021). For completing this assignment I am choosing my CW1 market
analysis industry which is Business Analyst. As it would be helpful for me to make a future
in this industry. This could be analysis that there are different and appropriate market growth
which are be related to the more opportunities and success in future. Furthermore, I make my
future career plan and CV for the relevant career path.

Personal Analysis
It is known as the person which are make their own personal analysis for completing
their growth on their own weakness, strength, opportunities, knowledge and experience. To
analysis on individual own skills, strength and weakness are known as personal analysis.
These skills, strength, weakness and knowledge are helpful for the growth of a student who
are able to make different growth path in their future (Dahl, Peltier and Schibrowsky, 2018).
There are different ways to promote and sustain my own personal analysis. I make a SWOT
analysis for myself and try to work on my strength and improve my weakness. There are
different ways which are helpful for the growth and analysis of the company to promote more
attractive and bright comparing with the other people who are working in the management of
business analyst profile. There are different ways which are helpful for myself to make
suitable personal analysis on the basis of below mentioned things:

Skills for the growth of future: The future profile which I have been choosing to
develop my career is one of the important skills and growth in future. Skills are very helpful
for the growth of the company which are related to make a different profile form others and
make a more successive future. My skills which are related to my chosen filed are included
confident nature, having facilitation and make skills. Further I feel that I make supportive and
effective decision on time which are helpful for the future own growth. Also I like to
complete my work on time and make everything with some staff work.
Knowledge and experience: The knowledge and experience is basically related to
gain knowledge during my academic life and tried to gain further experience. I have gain
efficient business management skills which are helpful for the growth of the company to
make informative knowledge (Ghosh and Fouad, 2017). I have worked in a small company
which are situated nearby my area where I gain some informative skills and knowledge to
make more confident skills in my career profile. Stakeholder’s analysis, growth of future and
business analysis are the key knowledge which can be gain through different sources and
knowledge to work and make more strong future profile.
Strength and weakness: There are different skills which are required to increase my
won strength and knowledge. As I analysis for my personal career plan, it is important for me
to understand the in depth detail about strength and weakness which are needed to be
improve in future. Strength include; excellent confident, communication and time
management skills which are helpful for me to understand and determine the growth of the
company. further some major weakness which I evaluated in personal analysis are; trouble in
working with market analysis, zero patience level, needed to improve my formal and
informal behaviour with others.
Career Overview: Business analyst in the post which are helpful for working at the
global level and improve the future opportunities to work and assign the task which are
related to different growth and future trends in the major companies. Today’s business
analyst are working very hard and needed to be make change in their advance growth and
new-age innovation. Disruptive innovation is one of the powerful growth and objective of the
company which can be work in the growth and opportunities of the new product development
(Rottinghaus and et.al., 2017). To overcome and work in the environment of the business
analyst, which can be related to different skills, relation and type of jobs which are perform
and needed to be work in the growth of the company. There are future trends, and make arse

from working in physical object which are working around us. It is helpful for the company
to make profession and work in the achievement that could be related to future development.
Job Responsibilities: For improving the position in the market, the chosen industry
in business analyst which are helpful in getting major skills and responsibilities in the
company to work and assign the task in the given time period. Business analyst conduct
a deep market analysis for the growth of the company and different product line which are
helpful in future profitability and business growth (Hartung and Santilli, 2018). Their main
job responsibilities are make detailed business analysis, budgeting and forecasting, planning
and monitoring, financial modelling, making pricing for the products as per their high
competitors and many more work responsibilities which are varies from company to
company.

are going to work in the industry to make their carer. Action plan is helpful for the students
and any person who feel the need of career improvement and basic growth in their strength
and weakness. For this action plan there are some step which are needed to be improve by
yourself to work in the professional world (Kuijpers and Meijers, 2017). This could be related
to make five year plan and make sure to work as per the growth and achievement of the
career action plan. There are different sources which are highly related to different sector and
make sure improve strength and reduce the challenges which are face by the students to work
in the professional field.

In the growth of my career planning it has been facing various challenges and hurdles
that can be related to covering my own career path and make more informative knowledge
and experience which can be share to get and desired the result which are needed for my own
sake and future planning (Lent and Brown, 2019). This action plan is helpful for me to decide
and work as per the achievement and growth of my own skills that are related to future plan
and growth in my lifestyle and growth of my future planning.

the business and future trend knowing ability in the person.

From the above report it is concluded that, make career development and work on the
self-reflection process as it would be helpful for the students to analysis and secure the career
path. This is an important way to enhance and promote the chosen career path and able to
make effective career profile for the growth of the company. It could be related to make right
career path and work to make high success rate on the future growth. Different skills, growth
and opportunities are analysis by me to understand the need and growth of my future
opportunities in business analyst post. I implement my career action plan in daily routine
