INTRODUCTION
CV is a documentation representation of one’s personal information, educational qualification, academic
qualification and extra skills which he or she carries in order to get a good job in career. LinkedIn Profile is a way
of representing CV through a powerful application that is LinkedIn where many professionals’ looks for the
candidate according to their need based upon the profile of candidates who has published their details on such
platform. Analysing one’s own strength along with certain weaknesses which are also refereed as development
needs in relation to progressing into the field of employment with a construction of development plan is very
helpful. The present report comprises of a development of an effective CV and a LinkedIn profile for a marketing
position along with a creation of development plan and analysis of strengths as well as areas of development are
mentioned. In respect to CW1 the position of a marketing manager is being preferred for the career in which a
candidate is required to implement various strategies related to marketing by becoming an in-charge of a
budgeting field in respect to media and advertising campaigns. The job position will ask for various skills and
knowledge such as effective communication and writing skills, creativity, budgeting, planning and execution as
well as effective management of time.
TASK 1: PERSONAL ANALYSIS
The various current skills and knowledge which are being identified in the report of CW-1 are mentioned
below:
Effective communication and skills: This is present in order to have effective interaction and
communication of information such as related to company’s advertisements, news and press release, etc.
Creativity: The presence of this skill is relevant to the development of various ad campaigns for the
company in order to attract more and more customers.
Budgeting: Budgeting is very essential in order to estimate a proper cost structure that would be involved

social media hence it is very necessary to have proper knowledge of social media in order to make
company’s ads more attractive and customer catering.

website updated with no jargons or hurdles.
