INTRODUCTION
A career plan is a dynamic planning which is managed by the young people intent to
their reflective future and increased their career development planning (Grace and Eng,
2020). This type of plan is helpful in making the clear goal, clarify the actions and a full
commitment to plan the activities. I am choosing my career in assistant manager line, as this
line is perfectly suits my skills and responsibilities. I am a confident person and also I have
the ability to solve the every critical problem and manage the team according to the company
demand. In this assignment I am covered my personal analysis and elaborate my career action
plan for the respected post. And in last I am submitting my CV for the desired post.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
The personal analysis involve the whole process where a person is evaluate his/her
own identity, which shows their strength, weakness, lack of abilities, skills and experience
that are using for their future use (Osborn and Zunker, 2015). Here I representing my skills,
knowledge, experience and weakness on which I have to work so that I can direct my future
on the success path.
Skills
Skills are which that make a person different from the others, on which basis a person
is able to make his/her career. The skills help a person to perform his/her duties which are
assigned to that individual by the company. I am a confident person but not so overconfident,
I know about my skills as well as my weakness. I know about all the technical knowledge
regarding the respected post also. I have also a good leadership and communication skills
which are most important for the assistant manager as they have to communicate with the
other peer colleagues and also their lower team workers and to manage all them with full of
efficiency I have the ability to work in a team and always appreciate them for their work.
Knowledge and experience
The knowledge and experience required for the assistant manager are demanded by
the different companies in a different way (Domene, Landine and Stewart 2015). I have
completed my graduation in business management and now I am searching some of online
courses which improve my knowledge regarding the business models.
Strength and weakness
As per my application, I can evaluate that my strengths and weakness are helpful in
making my career plan. Strength includes; I have good communication and interpersonal
skills which help me to evaluate more about me to others. I have also good learning skills as I
can learn easily anything and anytime (Nielsen, 2016). I am full of energetic and ever ready
person for learning capabilities. Whereas my weakness are I have big trouble of saying NO to
the people which will put myself in a difficult situation. And at the same time I got impatient
when projects are not completed at the time.

It is a combination of the sales, marketing, planning and execution strategies along
with the analysing skills and negotiation skills to maintain the business position in the
market. This is the career which never go out of track and always needed by the companies
either small or large scale company. As every company needed a manager who can run their
business with full of efficiency and in an energetic way (Liu and Yu, 2017). It is a path with
full of success but also with struggle in the career life the managers have to face all the issues
and challenges coming in the company. And they have the ability to give proper suggestion
for the challenges occur in company and make the company to its success.
Responsibilities:
For the position of the assistant managers, the responsibilities are; they have to keep
up the business according to the market demand (Vilanova and Puig, 2016). Make the
business with the recent trends and development which help the business to make certain
growth in the market and increase the market share. They have perform research on the
market trends, customers need and prevailing competition in the market. Analysing and
controlling the business activities completing by the other team members of the company and
check that the work done by them are actually satisfying the customers need or not.
Furthermore they have to looking upon the financial condition of the company and if there
are any need for arranging the funds, than the managers must be able to arrange them on the
urgent basis. Make a connection with the other professionals of the company and form them
always being updated about the company (Nelson, 2016). Also they are able to make a
network with the customers as well as supplier for the growth of the business and attend all
the workshops and fairs which help the business to sustain in the market.
Career Action Plan
A career action plan is the list of all professional objectives and the steps to achieve
that target. The career plan help you to get the success and make a smart decision as it will
prepare you for the real world. The very first step of career action plan is take a long look in
the mirror; it means to set a long term objective which help you to get the success definitely
(Motley and McMullin, 2020). Than a person should make all the possible career option in
the path of fulfilling that long term objective. After that a proper research is needed which
narrow down the choices of the career path implies start prioritizing, comparing and
evaluating other important factors like, job application in your area, obsolesce and other
external factors which may affect the your particular career path. This implies the narrowing
down the career by shorting your list of potential careers. After that set a fixed career goal
and stick to that and do your all efforts in achieving that success (Lin, 2015). You should be
honest and self- assessment with your career and make all your efforts in reaching that target
which is you fixed for getting the success in your life.
In the way to my career plan there are lots of stages which I have to complete to get
the success in my life. There are lots of experience are needed to get the efficiency and
perfectionists in the company.

Collaboration skills: Business development is not the one person path it is the task of

company. So for building up a relation that skills must be developed by me in myself.
More Negotiation skills: A tactful and diplomatic situation always be the part of
these business, here I have to learn the technique that where I have to compromise for the
business purpose and where I have to negotiate with the clients and customers or even with
the staff members of the company so that the company get the desire profit.
Knowledge about the business: Knowing ability of the business service and
products and get the ability to deal with them accordingly. It is the main skills which are
needed in business development skills.
Knowledge and experience:
For the more experience and knowledge I am thinking for joining one online course of
business analyst which provide me the more effective career as with the help of these courses
I can get the experience of real life example there and get to know about how I can solve the
issues of daily business life and manage all the activities related to that (Ang, 2019).
Furthermore I can set the small, medium and long term goals for the career objective and
always pushing myself for completing that objective on timely basis.
All these work, knowledge and experience help me for setting my career objective
with more efficient way and by adding up more skills and work on my weakness. I can
pursue my career at my first priority and be attentive all the time for grabbing the
opportunities in my success path (Savickas, 2019). My long term objective is to become the
CEO of the company with all my ethics, skills, knowledge and experience.

and weakness are having them and what not. More work on the academic growth and also
improve their personality according to the need of their own career path. I am implementing
all my strategies and course work in my life so that I can achieve all my target as soon as
