INTRODUCTION
Career view point are important for a person which helps them to enhance learning as well as
knowledge (Burton and Burton, 2016). This allow individual foe identification of strength as
well as weakness which helps to access to get many opportunities. These strength helps a person
to overcome of threat occur in their life due to weakness. This project helps a person to
understand various aspects of academic skills and knowledge of an individual. This project
report includes career action plan as well as self-reflection which cab ne completed with personal
analysis of a person to get job opportunities. This report includes discussion of knowledge and
current skills of an individual and other academic focus areas. It also considers different areas of
development of a person along with their action plan which include shore as well as long term
plan.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
Strength: Strength of a person refers to qualities which make a person efficient and capable to
access various opportunities. These strengths of an individual are mentioned below:
Communication: Communication is one of important skills in any field as it is required to
present business information, interreact with other people, building good relation with others.
These skills are important for an individual for professional as well as personal development. I
have strong communication skills which make me feel different as it creates good impression
about in minds of others.
Hand Eye Contact: Construction jobs is not kind of sitting job nut it take very long hours of
working (Li, 2018). It is critical job which require focus, concentration, eyesight and
coordination of hand and eye. I have developed these skills by work placement, job experience,
seminar and wok shops. These skills help in getting various job opportunity as these are my
qualities and strength which make me able to get these opportunities.
Leadership: Leadership is also on of important skills as it important for a person to know how
to handle employees for completion of task and attainment of goals of company. I have
developed thee skills with job experience and attending seminars as these helps me handling
various team which is working under me in future.

Team Working: Team working is another important skill which strength capability of a person.
Team working is important for any individual as they need to work in a team who as different
nature. For completion of job roles successfully, a person needs to adjust in team. I have
developed team working skills while studying as there are various group assignments given by
teacher that helps to develop team working skills. These also helps in job as there are important
skills and provide opportunity to a person to work in diverse team.
Weakness: Weakness refers to a qualities and particular part that make some not effective and
not good (NEWMAN and LILLY, 2016). These weaknesses create problems for a person to get
various opportunity for a person. Weakness of an individual create threat for a person in future
and deprive them from various opportunities. Weakness of a person are as follows:
Lack of confidence: It is one of my weakness as I am shy person and not much confident while
communicating with others. These create problems for me as I’m not able to communicate with
confidence which create doubt for me in minds of other team members.
Poor Presentation skills: Presentation skills of an individual is an important skill as it helps a
person in effectively present ideas and information of company in front of team members or
client. I have poor presentation skills which create problem for me as it does not allow me to
access various opportunities.
Work Pressure: Handling work pressure is one of important skills but it creates both physical as
well as mental burden on a person which does not allow a person to access various opportunities
in their life. I cannot handle pressure as it creates burden on me and does not allows me to work
with efficiently and with creativity and it create problems for me in many ways.
Career Action Plan
Career actin plan refers to plan for an individual which can be used for identification of career
goals and also describe direction for attainment of goals (Wong, Wan and Gao, 2017). These
action plan can be in form of document which can be update by individual or student that helps
them in attainment of their career goals as well as objectives. For development of action a person
to conduct self-assessment and also need to explore career. For preparation of career action plan,
one need to set their goals which can be specific and achievable. Career action of a person are
mentioned below:

opportunities. For self-assessment of a person, they need to identify various strength and
weakness which helps them to access career growth. A person also develops career action plan
which provide them direction in their life for attainment of goals of person. These career action
plan include various short and long term goals of a person. It also includes various strategies to
be followed that helps in attainment of these short as well as long term goals. After that outcome
of action plan and time duration to be taken should also included in this. These action plan
