INTRODUCTION
The career action plan refers to the plan which helps an individual to give guidance in order to
achieve their goals and objectives of life. When an individual decide their career at their early
stages it became easy for them to achieve them. In this modern world of high competition in the
market not only for businesses but also for jobs, it became difficult for individuals to choose
their best option for their career (Platform, 2020). It is essential for the individuals to analyze their
skills and knowledge and choose their career accordingly. The chosen career for the purpose of
this report is a bakery professional. This report contains a personal analysis of the skills and
knowledge of an individual to become a very professional and several skills which are required
to be came the same. Further, this report contains a career action plan in order to develop the
skills which are required to become an effective bakery professional.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
A personal analysis is a process in which a person evaluate their skills and interest so that
Deccan choose an effective career for them. After analyzing my several skills strengths and
weakness I have decided to develop my career towards bakery professional. Being a bakery
professional I have several expertise and strength in this field which will help me to grab great
opportunities in the market. For the purpose of personal analysis I have used my SWOT analysis
which is an effective tool to identify the strengths and weaknesses for a person.

help me to manage the staff in

preparing best taste items.
 Increase competition in the field of
bakery can be a great threat to survive
in this profession and essential to take
opportunities available in the market.

have a lack of experience in this field.
This analytical tool known as what analysis helps me to identify several skills which are
present in me such as effective organization is kills curiosity and creativity skills and many more
which will help me to be an effective baker professional and will help me to improve my sales
process and increase the employees skills in future with butter baking results and improved

quality in my organization. Still there are several weaknesses which I have to work on so that I
can achieve good success in my chosen career.
CAREER ACTION PLAN
Career action plan is required method which can be used by an individual to prepare a
proper plan to get several skills required for their learning in the career development. The
provided career action plan will provide a proper direction to me for developing certain skills
which will be required to become an effective professional Baker (Mellifont, 2020). This year
action plan will help me to understand the importance of various skills and the way they can be e

From the above discussion it has been concluded that it is essential for an individual to
decide their career to achieve success and craft opportunities in a proper time. In order to decide

the career field it is essential to identify the skills with the help of SWOT analysis. SWOT
analysis helps an individual to analyze them personally and decide their career in effective
manner. On the basis of SWOT analysis and individual will be able to identify several skills
which are required to be improved in them and will be beneficial for their professional career.
On the basis of choosing professional field the required skills will be analyzed and a career
action plan should be prepared which will help to understand the importance of various skills and
the efforts which are required to attain them.
