Digital marketing executive is responsible for assisting the planning, execution and more
level of optimization of the online marketing efforts as the promotion of goods and services

as graduate. I have analysis this skill is also weak as I have found myself as failure to make the

addition to that’s paying proper level of attention will make me fit for analysing the market under
deep depth in order to have the analysis over the company growth.
Technical management skills- this is the skill which is being development by the graduate
student when their managements training is done with the proper implementation of technology.
this have resulted in proper level o understanding regarding machine and their differentiated
mechanism. I have the proper understating of the technical managements skill which is helpful
to have the proper managements of machine in various business positive aspect to gains more
level of compositive advantages.
Technical skills: this is opened of the major skills which is about the graduates to have the better
way of understanding to have greater level of knowledge in terms of the usage in different
software and application. As the travel and tours industry have the appearance to have larger
level of market extent, there is the need to proceeding of new talent to provide different types of
services for loyal customers and new customer acquisition to support the growth trend in the
tourism industry. I have analysed myself I am competent is identifying major level of technical
issues which can be different software application. I can make myself suitable to access more
technical skills.
Creativity skills: Creativity is the major aspect which is helpful in developing something which
is different form the other. This is helpful in attaining the goal in more efficient way. This is also
considered a strategy to have development by thinking out of box. I have analysed myself a
moderate level of innovator as I am found myself to have multiple of single software in more
different innovative way.
Communication skills: Communication skill is considered to be the aspects which is important
in order to have professional level of development in travel and tourism company. I have
analysed myself that’s I am capable to have the proper level of interaction with the local person
in terms of knowledge about culture, ethics, etc. of people, in order to communicate. I have
ability to work in team to have achievement in goals.
